This is not a dress...I'm 5'2'' and I kept it, but wear with a tank under it and leggings as a tunic.

This is definitely more of a tunic type shirt than a dress. I don't know what the model is wearing, but I'm 5'5 and it definitely did not hang down that low on me. The fabric quality is poor.
