The leather was not sturdy enough and fell down a bit on my leg. The foot was very slim and not comfortable. I have another pair of Riekers that I love. So this one is going back!
Brands I'd also recommend: La Canadienne, Merrel

Super style and fit and comfortable I ended up returning them because I hadn't realized that the back panel was going to be "faux leather" and I didn't care for that. But it doesn't stand out or look fake. Also, I find this line by Redmont etc is not as high quality as the regular Riekers. The sole is thinner.

I bought these boots for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them! She is 23, 5'2 and they fit perfectly. They are a beautiful soft leather, well made and extremely comfortable. She takes a 7.5 and and the size 38 fit her well. As usual Zappos is wonderful to deal with. Our delivery (several pairs of boots)arrived quite damaged and customer service noted this on the account and I had no problem making a return.

I loved these boots - they're gorgeous and comfortable, but they were too big. I held them up against my other pair of Rieker boots and they're half an inch longer! Must be the R&D collection. I'd buy a size down but they don't have them.

Great boots, very comfortable. The stretch panel is nice for my 14" calves and tucking in jeans. They run large; I usually wear 7.5 - 8, the 6.5 (37) fits perfect without socks.
