I got this boot after falling in love with my Rieker Sheila boots in Nut Antiqued Leather. Resisting the temptation to buy another Sheila, but this time in black, I\'ve searched around for a comfortable and stylish black boot. Sadly, these will have to go back, for two reasons. First, the shoe part of the boot is very squished in the vertical sense. I usually wear 38.5, and the 39 squeezed my foot! Second, the zipper slouches (like it does on many boots) and the curve created by the slouch irritates my ankle. Too bad, because I really like the attitude these boots give.

I was on a hunt for a specific pair of boots. I ordered several and they were all not quite right. I finally found the pair I wanted and the customer service representative at Zappos bent over backwards to make sure I got what I wanted. They were on my doorstep the next day! These are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned! The soft leather is so comfortable. They fit my feet and calves perfectly. I really like the style of the buckles on the side. I wear them all the time. I guess the only complaint is that they are not as warm as I would like them to be, but still not that bad.

I got these in the mail today, they are a little odd looking but soft as can be. They don\'t have any real internal support system but there is a little bubble in the middle of the foot, that I was rather fond of the way it felt. Other than that they bent and flexed every witch way, reminding me of moccasins. I have a larger sized calf and it fit okay, but didn\'t really make my legs look as nice as they could have.

This boot is worth every penny put into it. It is made in a way that stays true to dressing up and dressing down, without changing boots. Working on cement eight hours when walking shoes can't fit the feel of the job, still feels like there is nothing on your feet, instead of sore blister points. Great investment. The leather is superb. And stylishly downplayed.

These boots are exactly what I was looking for: a mid-calf boot that is comfortable and stylish. The leather is so soft they are like fine gloves for your feet.

These boots came out of the box and onto my feet! Soft buttery leather - these comfortable boots are delicious needed no break in time! I ordered on a Wednesday and received them on Friday and that was free shipping! I would definitely order from Zappos again and I definitely recommend these boots!

Most incredibly comfortable boot or shoe I own. Wow. And I'm very picky when it comes to comfort (sensitive feet). In these, I can go all day, and I even end up taking naps in them. Super soft, perfectly roomy toe area but hugs the instep so feels secure. I wish all my shoes had this footbed and amazingly soft leather! Like a spa for my feetsies.

The search is over! These boots fit over skinny jeans if you have smaller calves and also work under boot leg jeans without puffing them out. Hard to find a boot that can do both. Super comfy and soft leather. The fleece on the inside isn't itchy and there is no plastic on the inside to rub on your legs. They run bigger. I wear a 7 and had to order the 6.5. I returned the first pair I order because I felt guilty spending the money. But after a relentless search for boots I repurchased these. They are worth the money!

Love this boot - so stylish and comfortable. Looks great with short skirts and tights. I ordered this boot in a 38 (7-7.5) and felt it was true to size. Those with wider feet might find this style a little narrow. This is my second pair of Rieker boots and they are so fashion forward without sacrificing comfort. Thanks Rieker!

Great boots to wear over leggings. Great urban chic look and comfortable. My calves measure 4 and these were comfortable zipped over leggings and skinny stretch jeans. My normal shoe size is 7.5 and boot is 8. Size 8 fit perfectly. I have an average width foot and could wear these barefoot or with cushy athletic socks. The soft leather gives. My only tiny negative is that the stretchy back is softer/thinner than the leather of the heel. On me the top of the leather on the heel presses into my tendon when I walk unless my socks are thick enough in that area. It might soften up in time and may only affect people like me with bony ankles.

This is my third pair of Riekers. I wore the last pair of low boots every day for 5 weeks in Europe. This pair seems a bit narrower, but I think they will stretch. They feel true to size. They are very cute, fun boots. I love the soft leather. Great with skinny jeans, leggings or tights. Received them in 24 hours!

Love these boots! I usually wear 8-8.5 and the 8 fits perfectly with very thin socks. The boots are soft and very comfortable. They look great with leggings and a sweater dress.
