Thanks Zappos for being so prompt. Really comfortable foot bed. This shoe runs narrow, but I am a narrow medium. Fit perfectly, but the strap is not adjustable and is really tight if you have a high arch. Am returning for a different style.

The insole sticks to your foot and slides out when you remove the shoe. The 7 was too small, and the 8 was too big.

The insole sticks to your foot and slides out when you remove the shoe. The 7 was too small, and the 8 was too big.

I own this shoe in 3 colors and now I'm ordering a fourth color. I have a very wide foot, but these shoes fit perfectly. I will admit that my foot did stick to the plastic insole. I solved this problem by removing Reiker's insole and putting in a Spenco flat insole that fit my size 39 perfectly with no trimming. Love, love, love this shoe.

These shoes are as comfortable as the black ones I have of the same style. I wore these two wks straight while on vacation in Japan. These are my favorite shoes.

I wanted to love these shoes. I waited until Zappos carried it in red. The color is beautiful and they are super cute. However, the strap is not adjustable, and with my high instep was much too tight. Sadly, they must go back.
