Extremely comfortable shoes. Reiker shoes are very comfortable and I have trouble finding comfortable shoes. The shoes are comfortable but need more padding on the bottom and very little arch support but you can put more arch support in the shoe. The decorative clip came off after one wear, so I am returning.

One shoe mis-sized - Liked the look and the general comfort of these shoes but the left one was larger and wider than the right one. Never had such a difference before in any pair of shoes I've tried. I would have kept them if both shoes had fit properly. This also happened with another pair of Rieker shoes.

Great shoe! I love this shoe - the fit is wonderful - feels like a glove on my foot - great support - wish I could get it in the coffee color.

Comfort right out of the box - Great shoe...I'm glad I didn't heed the warnings of reviewers that the shoe size wasn't true. I ordered my usual size and the fit is just fine. Great service...Thank you, Zappos.

I already had purchased a pair of these shoes in black at a traditional shoe store, and they were so comfortable I decided to get a second pair in brown. I was very pleased when I found them on Zappos through a google search. For one thing, they were less than at the store, plus free shipping! I normally have trouble finding comfortable shoes, but these fit like a glove, and I forget that I'm wearing shoes. I get many compliments on how nice they look. That's when I go "shoes? oh, that's right, I am wearing shoes!" They're that comfortable!

I had never tried this brand before. Because these shoes are sized different I was a bit hesitant in ordering them. They fit snug and I debated about sending them back but because they are leather I would wear them around the house and hoping they would stretch a little. After wearing them for awhile, they actually form to your feet and are very comfortable. If you want a shoe that you don't know you have on, these are it. They do have a nice squared off toe, not the pointy ones. They look really great with my jeans.

This shoe is wonderful! This is my second pair. I like wearing them with pants because they look like I'm wearing boots (which I don't like because they are hot). They are great for travel because they are so comfortable, even when walking all day long. (Pair #1 has been to Toronto, Chicago and to Italy.) I have worn Riekers for a long time -- I like the wider footbed. I got my second pair to be my "wear all the time" shoes instead of sneakers. I generally buy half a size bigger than usual with this brand.

I found this brand when in Quebec, but they didn't have my size. Zappos did, luckily, and I ordered the Celia 51. The comfort of this shoe is outstanding, a great winter shoe. It feels like I am wearing a comfortable glovelike slipper. And the service from Zappos was fabulous - I got the shoes within 3 days from date of order!

Nice, comfortable, just one problem with black leather insert shoes, they are not glue properly and every time I take off my shoes the inserts come off. The black leather is coloring my slacks.

Just got mine today, slipped them on, and wow! Happy feet all day...even walked 3 times around my huge block and no problems with my tender feet that almost always hurt. What a great shoe...also so good looking in this color!

These shoes are a nice soft leather and are well made. They look very nice on - a little different than most. They fit just right everywhere. My only complaint is that the sole is so flexible that they have sort of a bedroom slipper feel. I prefer a little more support (though there is a small arch) and cushioning on the sole. I am keeping them because overall they are quite good.
