These shoes are really comfortable. I don't often wear heals for more than a couple of hours, but I wore these all day the first time and feet still felt happy at 6:00pm. Fit is a bit looser than expected, but actually made them more comfy. I will definitely try Riekers again!

This boot runs a little large, but a half-size smaller would probably work. I have a similar Rieker boot (the Sarah 96) that I like a lot because it's comfortable & has worn well. Note that the chocolate leather is very dark. Think semi-sweet chocolate.

Bought two pair of these for my wife; they fit great, and she loves the feel and construction. What can you say except Zappos is the only place to buy. Love the look of the shoe, very comfortable but not for extensive walking. No cushioning in the bottom of the shoe, had to purchase an insert and then they were great. A minor issue for a smart looking shoe. Nice with pants or tights and a skirt.

Trying to decide which one I liked best and fit most comfortable, I had ordered 2 different pairs of shoes of the same size and width from the same maker - Rieker. While this one felt instantly comfortable the other one was too tight. I love Zappos return policy which makes this experimental shopping easy and affordable.

Super cute and really comfy. I found the sizing a little confusing. I usually wear a 9, and in ECCO shoes, this translates to a European 40, but according to the Rieker chart, 40 is equivalent to 8.5 to 9, and I'm definitely not and 8.5. so I ordered both a 40 and 41. The 40's were too small and the 41 fit just right.

Very cute shoe! Looks even better on your foot. Bought foam inserts at Rite Aid and they are now super comfortable.

I wanted some dark brown ankle boots/shoes to wear with casual and dressier pants, and these shoes are perfect. I tend to need wide widths in some shoe styles, but when I tried this standard width shoe on, it fit perfectly. They're comfortable and perfect for what I needed.

This is a great, stylish shoe/boot. It runs true to size and is made with good quality leather. Since my foot is narrow, I can wear my orthotics for extra support, too. Zappos offered it at the best price I found in the U.S.A. I just returned from a trip to Germany where I bought two other styles of Rieker walking shoes.

I needed this shoe for a Victorian Tea ASAP. This was my first time buying through this company. The service I got was excellent. I had to change my shoe size twice. They still got the shoes to me on time! Excellent service and the people were so friendly. Amazing considering how some of the other companies treat their customers. I'm sold. Stylish, good quality, excellent fit. The three things in the title of my review are what I look for in a shoe, or, in this case a bootie. I wear orthotics all the time, so it's not hard to tell I have 'trouble feet'. I am used to spending a lot more on shoes, more like the $200 and up range, in order to have style, quality and comfort, but I tried this pair of Rieker as my first based on a friend's recommendation. I am very pleased I did. The bootie is very cute, goes will all kinds of things and can be worn anywhere, and has already garnered a compliment or two. I just got them today while at work and threw them on for their first try-on. Perfect! For me, there has been zero break in time. I will surely look to buy Riekers in the future. More, Zappos is the only place I buy shoes since years, now.
