I have been using Zappos for years. This purchase, like all others was sent the next day, and even though the address was my old one, the staff worked with me to get them here just in time for Christmas. The boots were true to size, and recieved with glee.

I had a little trouble actually receieving this package which was mostly the fault of UPS, however when I called Zappos to tell them my order had been shipped back to the warehouse, they apologized and promptly sent me out a new pair even though it wasn\'t their fault, AND they upgraded my membership to VIP. So I was very pleased with the customer service, however the actually boots left me a little bit disappointed. They are not as warm as I hoped they would be because the fur lining ends about halfway down the shaft. The outer part of the shoe has begun to wear off at the back of the heel which i can\'t understand because that part of the shoe doesn\'t even touch the ground and I\'ve only had them for about a month. They are loose around my legs and slouch down quite a bit, which is okay because I usually wear leg warmers underneath which helps them stay up. They are fine if the weather is not too cold, and I have gotten tons of compliments on them. Overall, not the best quality but they look great.

I love these boots! After I received the gray, I ordered the black, too. These are a great style. I love that you can wear them so many ways and they're all cute. I receive lots of compliments on these. They are really reasonable and the quality is great. They don't get too hot because the fur doesn't go all the way down. It stops about halfway down the boot. I've directed many admirers of these to Zappos to get these boots.

Great boots! I ordered them for my daughter and wanted to keep them for myself. Very comfortable, and any way you wear them they look great!

Super cute, versatile boots. This boot is fantastic! It's very cute and I love that the boot can be worn 4 different ways. (I purchased the black boots.) I'm a teacher and I stand on my feet all day, so it's really important that my shoes are comfortable, yet stylish. I wear a size 12 and the boots are pretty true to size. The toe height was a little snug at first and my big toe hit the top of the boot, but after the first wearing the shoes stretched a little and now there's no problem. My calves are a little wider than average and there is still plenty of room to pull these all the way up, even tucked in jeans. There isn't too much arch support, but some gel inserts will probably fix this. These are really great boots and I'm thinking about getting them in the dark brown!

I like these boots, they so cute. I ordered these boots for me and for my sister in law; she likes them too. Comfy. Shipping was so fast, I could not believe it. I ordered them on Monday and I received them next day. Thank you Zappos so much, you are the best.

I'm in love with this boot! I wear a size 12 or 11 on a good day and it fit perfectly, which is usually a difficult task for me. The only annoyance is that when I want the knee hi look, it always slouches down no matter what I wear with it. Besides that, it's amazing.

I purchased the Meloni black boots about a month ago. They look excellent and are real cute! The faux fur is actually softer than a lot of these other boots that have faux fur. Also, they do hold up when pulled all the way up without slouching. I highly recommend this boot to anyone. I also just ordered, today, the Camel color Meloni boot. Great product!
