I love this boot! I have it in black and in brown. I would have gotten gray also, if I didn't already have a pair of gray boots. I bought them b/c a friend of mine had them, and I know these will be staples. Yes, I know I won't be wearing them really until next fall, but they were a total steal on sale, and now I will not have to worry about what to wear next September. They go great with jeans, skirts, or dresses. Just pop them on and go. Initially, they felt just a smidge too big, but with a pair of slightly thicker socks, after 12 hours of wearing, they still felt like a million bucks. Get these. They are awesome.

Love this boot! It's super comfortable, easy to get on and off, and is really cute. I wear it with jeans and with dresses. Sometimes I fold over the top and other time I don't. Looks cute both ways.

I was anxious to get these boots from Zappos and yet leery about ordering over the net. I have started wearing size 10.5 shoe and bought these boots in size 11 so I could wear thicker socks. Love them and everybody else likes the looks of them, too. So glad I ordered these.

I absolutely love these boots! They are fashionable and extremely comfortable. Wore them last weekend for two days in a row and they were great. They feel like walking in slippers. They were great on dry streets, but have not worn yet on snowpacked or icy streets so do not know how good the traction is. Excellent value for the price.

Very cute boots at a great price. They are comfortable and I was able to wear them out running errands all day. They don't really offer a lot of support though so if you have trouble with your feet or just require good arch support, these may not be for you. Also, my heels slip when I walk in them (I wear an 8.5M) so I had to put a heel pad in. After that they were fine. If I were in a store I would try on a 1/2 size down for comparison as these had ample room. But I didn't feel like sending the back. Very cute with skinny jeans.

Love these boots! I've been searching for a gray, flat bootie all season and these are the ones! The gray was darker than I expected it to be, definitely a bit darker than the photo shows but I still like the color. They are extremely comfortable! I wear a size 10 in most brands, but think I could have gotten away with a 9.5 in these (rarely can I size down) so I have room for a thick sock. Not much arch support to speak of, but I think that's to be expected in a flat shoe like this. Have gotten lots of compliments and intend to order the tall-shaft boot as well.

Best casual boots ever! It's like wearing a pair of slippers on your feet, they're so comfortable. Lightweight enough that they can be worn even when it's a little warmer outside.

It's a litle hard to get on if you have high arches like I do. Other than that it fits perfectly and is a great short boot.

They don't have much arch support but they are comfortable and look good with skinny jeans and tights. Even husband told me he really likes them and he hardly ever notices my shoes.

Love the boots. Read they were narrow, from the invaluable reviews, ordered size up from 6.5 M to 7 M. Wore them right out of the box, felt great. 7 was perfect. Ordered black, straps and russing gave a sharp put together look. These boots are so soft and comfortable, warm too, that you keep them on all day. Look fabulous with straight leg jeans and would go with skirts too. I teach and plan to wear 1st day back and get compliments. Kudos Zappos! You deserve that exceptional reputation!
