These arrived quickly, per usual with Zappos. They are cute and comfortable. They are perfect for casual wear. There is not a lot of support and they aren't real high quality, but great to just knock around in. I would say they are true to size.

The boots fit true to size, in both width and toe to heel fit. They look good, for going out to dinner, not for snow and rain. The sole is thin, like other reviews say, but I find there is enough support and they're comfortable. Cute!

Shoe Size: Felt a half size larger than marked Shoe Arch: No arch support Shoe Width: Felt true to widthI love these boots! They are super cute and very comfortable. They do seem to run a bit big. I am a size 7.5 to 8 and ordered an 8. They are a little big, but work just fine with thick socks.

Style is great. Comfortable enough but could have used a thicker layer of rubber sole. Color is more taupe than grey or brown.

I got these in black. I've been looking for black boots for about a year now. I wear a size 12 and am 6'1", so it's difficult to find cute boots that a flat or low heel. I was thrilled when I found these. They're pretty comfortable for not having much support. It's kinda like walking around in slippers. However, I've walked all over Denver in the ice and snow in them, and they were perfectly fine, though kind of slippery. They look great with dresses, leggings, or jeans.

I bought these boots in black, size 11. It's very hard for me to find shoes because of my shoe size, so I was wary of buying shoes online. These fit perfectly, even with my inserts! The support is not the greatest, but they're still very comfortable and stylish. I've worn them in the rain and the cold, and they're great in both. I had no problems with getting them (I ordered them on a Saturday and got them on Wednesday), and the free shipping was a plus. I love these boots!

Very comfortable - I liked this boot very much. The only issue which pertains to most shoes with me is that I have to put an arch support in because it is too flat for me. But other than than it fits wonderfully. If you are an in between size like myself 11/12 go for the 11 because the 12 will be too big.

Love! These are super cute, super comfy and you'll get compliments on these all day long! I love them. True to size. I wear an 11 and got an 11 and fit me great. I want to get some more in other colors, since they are so cheap!

It was easy to look online to see what I liked and then I ordered and they came in 5 days later! It was the first time I ordered anything online and it was a breeze! I would suggest you buy something on this website because its quick, easy, and there is a large variety of shoes, boots, sandals, etc.

Cute and comfy. I wear a size 11-11.5W shoe, so finding cute shoes is a very difficult task for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the Report "Divan" boot. I expected not to like them and assumed they would look cheap because of the low price. I was very pleased when I received them and even happier when I put them on and they fit. They look cute with leggings and skinny jeans. I even wore them to a Ghostface concert where I stood for 4.5 hours and my feet were fine. Not much arch support but that is to be expected with a flat boot. I almost want to get them in other colors, but doubt the suede will hold up well in winter. I guess I just wont wear them in the snow!

This is a very attractive looking boot that is true to size. It looks great with jeans, and sweatsuits. It keeps my feet really warm. By appearance, I do not believe this is suede at all, but it still looks nice looking.

These shoes are excellent! They\'re true to size, the material feels really soft and comfortable and they make my huge feet look adorable. I like that you can adjust the boot height by folding them over. They look good with tights and skirts as well as tight jeans.

Why don't you make a 9.5? I really wanted to like these shoes, think they are super cute. I wear a 9.5, but these don't come in a 9.5. The 9 was too short and the 10 was too loose. I also have a narrow foot so I felt like the boots were flopping around with no support. Other than the fact I couldn't find the correct fit, this is the style I was looking for. Too bad!

I had been looking for a cute suede boot for a while and happened upon these cuties. They not only look great, but they feel great. I wear them with leggings and with my jeans tucked in them and they look good either way. For someone with an "athletic" calf, it's hard finding boots to fit my calf, but these pulled up easily. Great boot for a great price!

Good purchase. True to size and comfortable enough to walk all day. There is not much arch support, but very comfortable for a flat shoe. It's roomy enough to put supports in, if needed.

Really love these--they are very cute with skirts, dresses, and jeans. You can wear them shorter as shown, or actually roll up the leather to be a bit longer. Also, extremely comfortable. Wore them all day and was walking a lot outside with them.\r\n

You\'ve got to be kidding! Unless you are an ice skater, it\'s pretty near to impossible to walk in these boots. The sole is a silky, slick fabric that slides all over the floor. I can\'t imagine going outside in them: one walk on concrete and they would be ruined. I\'m returning them.
