I needed some sandals for the beach and I didn't want to spend a fortune. These sandals are very comfortable and they look like they will last quite a while. Most importantly, thank you Zappos for getting them to me so fast!

I was walking around Atlantic Station, sort of an outdoor mall kind of area in Atlanta, going to see a movie with some friends. I was wearing some cheap American Eagle flip-flops that I had owned for a while. Well, when I got up from my chair while eating at a restaurant, one of the sandal straps broke. So we went to several places to find some cheap replacement sandals, but were unable to find any until we went to a City Sports athletic store that carried pretty much only Reef brand sandals for men. I was unhappy about spending more than $10 just for some replacement sandals, I just wanted something cheap. But I found these sandals there for a reasonable price (they were the cheapest in the store), and reluctantly bought them. After wearing them around for a while, I was very pleased with them. I would probably say that I was happy that my other sandals broke and that these were my only option, because I probably would not have otherwise bought them. But they are very comfortable and a very good fit for my size 11 foot. There was another model of Reef sandals at the store in size 11 that were way too narrow for my foot, but these ones fit perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone. They also look stylish in my opinion, and feel like a quality product. I would definitely recommend these to anyone. I give these sandals five stars!

FYI, I think these run a tad small. I love these Reefs because even though they're men's shoes, they have very comfortable soles and excellent grip for wearing in the rain. They're really lightweight, fit snugly, and have really comfortable straps. Also, the rubber/foam sole looks a little sturdier than the other ones, so these might take longer to completely wear down. Girls, I wish Reefs made women's flip flops with the same grip on the sole, but aside from that difference, these are as comfortable (maybe even more) than women's Reefs. Also, if you're converting sizes the usual minus 2 doesn't apply, more like minus 1.5-1.75 to get your size.
Brands I'd also recommend: Reefs!

These would be great, except for a line of stitching on the underside of the strap that isn’t quite flush with the strap (on both sandals, different places though). It has the effect of wearing into your skin as you walk. I’m sending them back.

Nice sandals. More comfortable than super cheap flip flops and that should hold up better with the gum soles. Not as comfortable as the more expensive Reefs but you do get what you pay for.

Typical Reef product-comfortable as heck from day one. I put them on and literally walked 5 miles over the course of the day and never looked down to notice them. Good arch support, but not too much. Fabric is soft and comfortable. My only concern is I've had them for a couple months and the back of the flip flops (around the heel) is starting to develop wrinkles. Not a problem if it just wrinkles, I'm just a little concerned they might weaken and fall apart. But so far, so good, and I even though I used to only get a season out of my flip flops, Reefs always last me two.

For a cheaper price sandal it is great. It has a good arch and firm, but soft sole. Only down side is that when the black sandal gets wet it will leave a dye mark on your foot.

These sandals are very comfortable. I was originally disappointed when I found out they have a foam in-step, yet it has proven to be very durable and comfortable. From someone who wears sandals on a daily basis.

These are the most comfortable flip flops I\'ve ever owned, and what an excellent price. The arch support is great, and the footbed feels really good on your feet. I would definitely buy another pair.

Fit tight in the beginning, but loosened up a bit to fit nicely the first real wear I gave them. Nice feel on my feet, good arch support. So far so good.

The Reef Stuyak is THE sandal for comfort and timeless, elegant simplicity, second to none. Two aspects do need some improvement: the area forward of the toe-post is a bit short for my toes (sizing up to the next size does not remedy this problem, that just makes the heel area longer) and the toe-post material should be at least twice as robust, to avoid premature failure...but I happily keep buying these sandals because they are supremely comfortable and tastefully designed. The price-to quality-ratio is good. Most people will be very content with these sandals!

I've purchased 5 pairs of these sandals and 1 about two years ago and then another 4 for my beach wedding in Costa Rica. They were perfect two years ago and still are. Look great and hold up amazing. The textured foot pad is a fantastic feature that keeps the flop from slipping when wet. Thanks to Zappos for the great customer service to get my wedding order (with returns) in time for my departure.
