Hate flip flops, I bought the Reef Playa Avellanas as a shoe for vacation. The shoe is so comfortable, I wear them all the time. I would recommend them to everyone.

Awesome flip flops for the man! Bought them for my husband, and he wont take them off. Great for a nice dinner flip flop. Comfortable and doesn't make the foot sweat. Buy them and you may get flowers!

Zappos, can't believe no shipping and no tax. Really liked the Reef's I purchased and saved money. Fit perfect and didn't have to return, but have purchased two other pairs of shoes since. You have so many choices. Thanks Zappos!

Loved how fast Zappos shipped it but I didn't like the way they packed it. It looks like I bought it from Dollar Tree but in general, I love the shoes I bought & I'm in love with Zappos.

Very comfortable. I don't normally wear sandals/flip-flops, but needed some for vacation. The last time I've had something similar on my feet was as a kid, with the hard plastic between the toes. These broke-in quickly and when they weren't squeaking, I could forget they were on my feet. The infrequent squeaking was the result of the friction between my foot and the insole. This was not a constant issue and I will continue to wear these when the weather warms up. I'm a 12 1/2 and went with the 13s which fit perfectly.

Stylish and super comfy shoes. I spend all summer on a boat and the sole's of these sweat shoes don't mark boats up like black sole's do. I've had em for a month and haven't taken em off yet. Don't stray from Reef's. I've tried only to return again and again.

This is the perfect sandal. Dressy with the dark and leather accents, but still comfortable and functional as a flip-flop should be. I was a little skeptical of this sandal being comfortable, but I was wrong. I tried the Slap II since I had them in the past, but their squishy comfort wasn't as good as the true molded comfort of this sandal. Think of this footbed like a Keen or Birkenstock-it has support, thus comfort. Just a note if you are considering the Fanning line of Reef sandals. Stay away if you want comfort. Their supposed 'air pocket' is nothing more than a hard clear plastic case, making the sandal so hard and not comfortable. I gave my old ones away after these came in. The only downside this sandal might have is the leather accents might want you to stay away from wet activities since the leather will take a while to dry. These are my 'dressy' flops. Hope this helps!

Nice flip-flop. Can wear it a little dressy with dress shorts or dress down and it works either way. Pretty snug fit--I'm a 10 1/2 and I ordered the 11 since they only come in whole sizes and it's still snug. I'm afraid to go up another full size though.

I loved the look and feel of these when I first put them on. They seemed very comfortable and conformed to my feet very well. The problem for me came on day 2 of wearing the sandals. The toe strap seems to be a little too snug or something. It's as if it bruised a knuckle on my second toe, which makes it excruciatingly painful to walk. A few weeks in (after only wearing a handful of times) it's still painful to walk in these. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they break in and become less painful.

I am a loyal Reef customer. I wanted a sandal that is more stylish than your everyday flip flop. I did not buy these to wear to the beach or to go surf. These look great and are comfortable. They have a similar shape to an OluKai with a high arch and a heel that drops in back but they are not as hard. I wear a 9.5 or 10. Got a 10 but sent it back and kept an 11.

During the first week I had these chanklas - they were great. But the more I wore them, the more the footbed (which is made of a synthetic-like suede) began to wear and give my feet hotspots. Eventually, I did wear these on a long walk and came away with blisters all over my feet from the footbed. (It was the last time I wore them.) This chankla is only good for minimal wear, not every day wear.

Very comfortable sandals with a dressier look. I have been wearing Reefs for years - but this is my first leather pair. The footbed isn't quite as squishy as some of the sportier ones, but plenty comfy and just right to wear to my casual workplace in Sunny Scottsdale AZ. Zappos shipping / service was immaculate as always.
