This shoe is very uncomfortable. The strap broke just after one week. Zappos was great as always and replaced these with another pair that I love.

Exactly what I was looking for - comfortable, casual wedge. I generally wear a size 6.5 or 7 so I ordered the 6 and 7 and will keep the 6 - I like the strap tighter over my foot since I find that I get blisters with looser flip flops.

They are super cute! Very narrow. I ordered a size 7 which is perfect in length. I usually take a 6 1/2 and was disappointed that they had to go back due to the width!

I love these shoes. They are perfect for a day at the beach or pool, are stylish, and are extremely comfortable. I had a pair of Reef's from a few years back that needed replacing due to normal wear and tear. They were a size 7, so that's what I ordered this time around. I had to return them for an 8, but still love the shoes!

These shoes are really comfortable but they are really narrow, and they make my foot look like a troll's fat little foot in them! I wish there was a "wide" version. I would only get them if you have narrow feet.

I ordered the Black Reef Heart Breaker flip flop and I absolutely love them. They are super comfortable. They have a great wedge heel and I could walk in them all day long. I loved them so much that I ordered a second pair in Brown Glitter... well I am so upset because the brown glitter straps are made out of grippy rubber and they rip your skin off. The Heart Breaker in Black gets 5 stars and in Brown Glitter gets 2.

This is a great shoe for wearing with casual clothes and dressier clothes. I took them on a cruise and decided to wear them to the beach. They ended up fading - almost turning white when I wore them in the sand. I tried washing them but it didn't work. I recommend them highly but not for the beach!

These are extremely comfortable and super cute being a wedge heel! That is saying if you have a narrow foot and a high arch, if not than this may not be the shoe for you. I wore these a whole day at Six Flags morning to evening and they held through all the way! I took a chance because it was the first time I had worn them and I'm glad I did. These have yet to let me down! They feel like I'm walking on cushioned ground!

Love these flops! They tend to run big, I'm normally a 8.5/9 and I got the 8s which worked out perfectly. These are definitely comfy flip flops.

These flip-flops are very comfortable to me. The rubber is quite soft compared to other flips. I wear them day in and day out and so far they are holding up. I also like the bands as they look a little fancier than the usual rubber types - they almost look like leather but I don't think it is. The size was right for me and the height is also perfect. It isn't easy finding shoes this exact height.

I bought these after returning the Krystal Stars, which were beautiful but way too wide on my narrow feet. This is a grat platform flip-flop that adds height without discomfort. The strap isn't plastic, which makes it look a little more dressed up.

These shoes were great and exactly as described! They are very comfortable to walk in and provide a lot of support. I love Zappos! Why can't every company have this kind of customer service? I've ordered from Zappos several times and never had a problem. They have definitely earned my business!
