Great shoe for my son. He's hard to fit (narrow heels)and these were just perfect. When I came back to order a second pair they were out of stock but Zappos sent me an email just a few days later letting me know they had them again. The shoes are great but it's really the customer service I'm in love with. I honestly think Zappos treats you better than any other e-retailer.
