The service from zappos.com has been exceptional. I had purchased a pair of shoes for my child that turned put to be too small and zappos made sure that I received the correct size. After exchanging 2 pairs within 3 days with free overnight service I received the perfect size . I cannot say enough how nice the phone service and and all customer service reps were. All were delightful and very helpful. I give Zappos.com 5 Stars!
