The straps on these sandals literally snapped after taking 2 steps in them! Very cheaply made. Don't waste your money!

These shoes were perfect. I went to every store I could think of to find pink shoes for me daughters Easter dress. It was the Thursday before Easter and I decided to go on zappos site. I was so excited when I saw the shoes but wasn't sure if I could get them by Easter. I was told that they could send them out the next day with no additional charge. The shoes matched exactly. The service was wonderful as well as the shoes. I would recommend zappos to everyone. Thanks

Cute shoe! The silver is pretty, and nicely subdued, not too flashy and shiny. They'll go great with many of my little girl's outfits. She seems pleased with them. The sole is a bit hard, but fairly flexible. I think it will break in a bit after she's worn them for a little while.

To Rachel shoes: my 3.6 ywar old daughter loves these lil dinah red patent shoes! I purchased a size 8 when she was a size 7. She has worn them several times per week and they have held up beautifully! Now we need a size 9/9.5 and i cant find a replacement! Please make these shoes again. She has a blister on her heel but still wants to wear them!

These are beautiful shoes and very well made. My daughter wore them on Easter and had no problems at all, which is a big deal, believe me! Good for pre-teen.

These sandals are very cute and have good support for toddler feet. I was deciding between these shoes and a similar pair of Nina brand sandals but they were quite a bit more expensive. These sandals open up and do not have a hook-and-loop closure which scares me because they could be easily removed or lost. That being said, the color is perfect and the rhinestone adds just enough sparkle. I wanted a neutral but girly pair of sandals.

My daughter was excited when I removed these from the box. They are very cute. Easy to wipe off and keep clean. Not to mention they match everything!

Very stylish. Fancy yet casual enough to wear with my daughter school uniform. Great shoe.

I got these in red for my 2.5 y.o. at the time, and she's been wearing them for a year now. Mostly, she's been wearing them indoors (all day long at the daycare). They've held up nicely, with minimal damage, up until recently. The sequence scales are pretty much all still there. This spring, she did wear them to the playground a few times, and now the toes of the shoes are scuffed with the white material that's underneath the patent showing. I’d say not bad for a whole year of wearing. Look-wise, they are exactly as pictured, fit well and true to size. She is very particular about the shoes she wants on (to the point of making me scared to purchase any!), but she loves these ones. I'd definitely recommend them for a younger, less adventurous child, as mine was up until now. Or, prepare to use a red marker on them!

These are great shoes. My daughter, who is super particular about the "look" of her shoes with her school uniform, loves this style. They are very well made & comfortable. The small heel is just enough without being too much for a young girl. They seem to be true to size. She is 7 and the size 1 fit well, while the 13 was a bit too snug. Zappos allows the peace of mind of very easy free returns.

These boots are the perfect balance between great looking, stylish boot and being rugged enough to withstand jumping, running, and playing around. I highly recommend for any parent looking for a boot that can take a beating and look great! I would get these if they had my size! True to size and bought a second pair in a larger size for next year.

Cute boots, they are hard to zip and scuff pretty easy but overall not the worst boots I've ever purchased.

These are much cuter in person than the pictures might show. The flower appears greyish in the photo (at least to me) but it's actually black and sparkly. Love the look. I only gave it 4 stars, though, because they are not very flexible or supportive, like maybe a Stride Rite would have been.

These were for my 10 year old daughter - she has a slim foot and most dressy shoes are made for fat feet. These fit her skinny foot with a little room if her foot fills out! They are comfortable, too. Only one problem - with the first 2 pair, the heel came off the first time she wore them (to church), but, as usual, Zappos came to the rescue and we received a new pair the next day! Wow! What great customer service. She has not had a chance to wear the third pair, but I am sure that they will be just fine!

This is a very cute shoe, however I'm bummed that after wearing this shoe only once for a few hours, the velcro is separating from the shoe and looks like it was stitched on but the velcro is fraying, allowing the stitches to come loose. I'll be contacting Zappos for a replacement.

Very poor quality. My daughter had these shoes for 33 days and the glue that holds the sole/heel to to boot failed. The entire back portion of the shoe peeled back. She's not hard on shoes and we don't live in an area with extreme weather. I don't recommend these shoes or this brand at all. Which is too bad, because she really liked the boots.

Bought these in black for my 11 year old and she liked them. I searched for brown shoes & came across these. She's glad I got the same type of shoe.

The best thing was that these are flexible and comfortable! For the occasional "heel" wearing, this is comfortable enough.

They fit my daughter perfectly and she said they were totally comfortable. She loves the sparkle and they were the perfect compliment to her festive Christmas attire this year.
