Very poor quality. My daughter had these shoes for 33 days and the glue that holds the sole/heel to to boot failed. The entire back portion of the shoe peeled back. She's not hard on shoes and we don't live in an area with extreme weather. I don't recommend these shoes or this brand at all. Which is too bad, because she really liked the boots.
Bought these in black for my 11 year old and she liked them. I searched for brown shoes & came across these. She's glad I got the same type of shoe.
The best thing was that these are flexible and comfortable! For the occasional "heel" wearing, this is comfortable enough.
These were a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves these boots. Her foot is about 7.25 inches long and fairly narrow. She says they fit her fine with a little room to grow. She has insisted on wearing them to school even in the cold wintery weather and she said they kept her warm enough (she didn't play outside in them). They have a nice rubber sole which makes for good traction. There is small heel, not too big, not too small.
They fit my daughter perfectly and she said they were totally comfortable. She loves the sparkle and they were the perfect compliment to her festive Christmas attire this year.
Beautiful shoe & fit is perfect. Granddaughter has foot that is narrow at the heel & wider at the toe. These shoes do not bind on the toe at all. She loves them.
These shoes are super cute and at a great price, too! I looked everywhere for basic brown patent shoes for my three year old and I could not find anything. These shoes have really cute floral stitching and are comfortable on my toddler's feet. They are are also true to size. Another great purchase from Zappos!
I should have looked at the existing reviews before purchasing because I had the exact same experience. While the shoes look adorable, and seem to fit quite nicely, the craftsmanship is beyond crappy. It took one ride on her little push car, wherein you always scuff your toes, for my toddler to effectively ruin the shoes. Now, the shoes were very upfront about being made from all man-made materials (and not patent), and I just did not think to look too closely at them as they looked like patent leather, but holy crap, I can now see at least three layers where it was scraped off at the toe. We are on day four of her wearing them and now they are ruined.

Very nice, daughter loves them. Zipper was defective on one of the boots (did not go down). Received a replacement pair that works fine.
This is a gorgeous shoe! However, the back part of the shoe is very high and scrapes against the ankle on both of my daughters, making them uncomfortable. I so wanted these to fit as they are so pretty!
Bought these shoes for my granddaughter for Christmas. First time wearing them and the soles on the heals were coming off. I've never had shoes do this and was expecting better shoe from the company. Extremely disappointing!
I ordered these boots for my daughter and she loves them. She wears them most days to school and they look very cute on her.
These are nice looking shoes. My daughter was excited to wear them. Unfortunately, after, I believe, the third time she wore them, she pulled up the strap to take them off, and the Velcro from the side of the shoe came off with it. We're having a hard time keeping it glued down.
Horrible quality. Instead of scuffing like normal patent leather, the material pealed off the toes of both shoes at the same time. Not kid friendly at all. Returning today.

Shoe fits very true to size. Daughters foot is an 11.5 and the 11.5 fits perfect. Tried the 12 first and it was too big!
She loved them! For a child with hard to fit feet, she was thrilled with style and fit. She loved the bling of the hearts. Her feet tend to be quite narrow and shoes flop up and down on her feet. These were a bit more narrow than most. Better for her feet. Big smile on her face!
