2012 will be Zappos gift cards and Zappos shopping. The whole family is happy and I ordered 2 of everything so I am happy too. lol

This was delivered quickly and it was below every one else's price. The only thing I would have liked would have been to have more choices of colors. I was wanting the red and it was not available but my daughter in law seems happy with the orange one. I also ordered a scarf for my daughter that I could not find anywhere else. Thanks for having unusual products, too.

Ordered this product for my daughter's birthday. Of course she told us a week before the date. Found it on Zappos (cheaper) and had it sent ground. Received it in great condition as well as in time for the big day.

I bought these tongs because they are Rachael Ray tongs and they are non-stick. They are easy to use and don't scratch my pans. I've been using them for a few weeks now and am pleased with them. The heat from the burners doesn't affect the material, which is a plus. I seem to get more use from the smaller tong. It would be nice if they were sold separately.

I got these to match my Rachael Ray cookware set and they are durable and safe on my non-stick cookware.

This item had the name...that I respect and was excited to get it in the mail. The first time I used it, it cracked and the entire bottom fell off, with my dinner in it. Money gone to waste.

These are just fantastic. They will not ruin your pans and are easy to open and close to save space in drawers. Threw my old ones away!

First off, let me tell you I love Zappos. Everything I have ordered has come in around 24 hours. Really like my Rachel Ray lasagna pan; used it right away and it cleaned up very well and I believe the stoneware helps with more even cooking. I will buy more and it doesn’t hurt that it is really a beautiful pan. I would give it 5 stars, but you do have to be more careful not to chip it so I am a little afraid to stack it and it is a large pan. I stacked two pans in it last week and it was fine, but I have not had it long enough to know.

What you see is what you get! They are so well made that I\'m going to serve food in them, too. Can't wait to use them.
