Zappos has been very good in terms of exchanging these shoes. I went through a few exchanges and realized that there is a manufacturer defect present in this model shoe.\\r\\n\\r\\nI have a bad knee and plantar fasciitis. I am not doing anything out of the ordinary in shoes, these shoes especially.\\r\\n\\r\\nEvery pair that I had, the sock lining would come apart. Literally. The black covering comes off and becomes shredded partially. \\r\\n\\r\\nFor 122 dollars I do not expect something like this to happen.\\r\\n\\r\\nThis is not Zappos\\\' fault. They have been nothing but helpful. I hope that they tell PW Minor about this and that they fix this issue in the future.\\r\\n\\r\\nPlease do be warned: the insoles (sock liner) that is black, does come apart from the top of the sock liner insole. I did not use the shoes much at all.\\r\\n\\r\\nI hope this does not happen to others, but please be warned before purchasing.\\r\\n\\r\\n

I am on my way to Europe and found these and they are great. I also have the worst feet on earth and have a terrible time finding something wide enough also with support. They are pretty and very comfortable. Thank You P.W. Minor and to Zappos for putting up with me.

These shoes are very comfortable. I am a flight attendant and work 14 hours. My feet never hurt when wearing the shoes. They do run big.

The shoe was way too short and too tight for my size. I usually wear a 7.5M and it did not fit. I am returning for an 8 Medium. We will see--I was disappointed.

I have a pair of similar shoes that are Arcopedico but since you did not have them I chose PW Minor Classic II. Worn a few hours at a time but hurt. Leave blisters on side of big toes & around curve if I wear too long. Uncomfortable -little arch support. I should have returned them right away. They look nice though! I'm 71 yrs old & need comfortable shoes... but your service was very fast and good.

Great shoes - This is why Zappos is such a great place to shop for shoes. I have high arches and didn't like anything in the usual brands I buy. I searched for shoes good for high arches and found these. They are cute and blue and good to wear with a skirt as well as pants...and, yes, they are good for my high arches too! I love Zappos!

Great simple, stylish shoe, super comfortable - I'm loving these. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they look a bit more dressy than sporty, as I'm wearing them for work shoes. Very comfortable all day.

Extremely comfortable out of the box. The leather is very soft and supportive at the same time. This is the first wide shoe that I have purchased that does have a toe bed that is wide enough. They are also very cute!

I just received this shoe and it IS cute. There were very fine scratch marks on the toe of the shoe which initially turned me off. But after trying the shoe on and just really liking the style, I've decided to keep them. As other reviewers have said, they are a little roomy in the heel. They also gap a little on the sides, but since I'm mostly going to wear them with pants it won't be noticeable. Plus, I've had such a hard time finding a nice pair of blue flats, that I'll stick with these.

PW Minor Classic II review - As per other reviews, I had to order a 1/2 size smaller, but could have probably ordered a smaller width as well. It's unusual for me to have a shoe that is actually too wide as I wear an 8 1/2 - 9 WW and usually cannot find them wide enough. The toe box is ample enough (which I can rarely find). I'm not sure what the extra insert is for but tried it together with the one that was in the shoe and that made it too high. I gave it a 4 because the sides gap when I walk and the arch support could be a touch higher (even though I have fairly low arches). It's a cute shoe with plenty of room. The strap is not a button or snap (as I thought) but velcro, which allows a little wiggle room for tightening up the strap, but not a whole lot. It's fine for my use (light office work) but wouldn't probably want to wear it all day on my feet just because it's a little gappy along the sides and needs more arch support for me. For the price, instead of the extra insert, maybe the co. could have provided an insert with a little extra arch support because I'll probably have to purchase one (or just boost the arch a little in the first place).

Truly lives up to the wide - width description! All my life I have been unable to get wide enough shoes. Every once in a while something would flash in and out of style, but very little of quality. I can never even trust that shoes that say they are double and triple wide will fit my feet. Most all of P.W. Minor's styles do! Especially this style. If you truly have wide feet, that you can NEVER buy shoes for, you will love this shoe, AND it LOOKS STYLISH! THANK YOU!!! Please just get us more colors to go with our clothes.

Disappointed - These shoes fit nicely in the front but were too wide in the heel area. I tried to tighten the shoe with the velcro strap, but it just slipped too much when I walked in them.

A very rigid shoe, I expected something more flexible - I have a B-width, but a narrow heel, and like someone else mentioned in a review here, the heel is a little too roomy in this shoe; I will get those stick-on heel things to improve the fit. It is not too short or too long, glad for that. I went right out and bought (over-the-counter) orthotic insoles to put in this shoe - it is very flat and very rigid in construction, I feel like I'm walking in wooden shoes, but the insole does come right out and hopefully it will accommodate the orthotic insole well - I expect it will. This is my second day in the shoe and I'm trying to wear them a lot, but the flatness of them made my legs ache just now while I was out doing errands. The toe box is fairly roomy and I do like that, and I'm surprised that I like the velcro closure. It’s a little "old lady", but it doesn't look it when you're wearing it. From the look of it in pictures, I expected this shoe to be more flexible in construction, but the material is very rigid, especially the toe box. I hope it gets more flexible with wear... for the money, I hope it lasts a good long time!

Good polite occasion shoes - When my sister arrived at my house from the northern part of the state to head 4 hours south to an important family religious service, she realized she had forgotten her suitcase--no good shoes or clothing. I had received these shoes that day, had tried on one of them, and was deciding whether they were too big. My sister tried them on in hopes they would at least WORK for the occasion, and they were perfect. She wore them the whole day of the event, mostly standing. They looked good, and never hurt her feet, even though she has trouble with most shoes. The ultimate in no break-in time! They became hers permanently.

The outstanding search engine at Zappos led me to these when looking for wide, well supported shoes that didn't look like my grandmother's. Couldn't believe they would look good, but these are shoes you might choose even if you didn't have special needs. Nice with skirts and pants. Stylish, even! They are very, very comfortable in spite of my bunions and other problems and are really cute. Not what your teenage daughter would want, maybe, but quite attractive. The diagonal strap is velcro so you can infinitely adjust it not only tighter or looser, but also around your instep – gives them a much better profile than the usual straight-across ones, and the heel looks totally normal (unlike some of the other P.W. Minors). Absolutely do not look like an "orthopedic" shoe, but easily accommodate orthotics (they come with two sets of insoles, you pick which one works better). Also come with a velveteen shoe bag. Nice touch. Well worth the money. Thank you, fabulous Zappos, for allowing me to try a couple of different widths and sizes so quickly and with no shipping charges, until I was completely satisfied. I never shop anywhere else.

Comfort - I like the toe room for hammer toes. The heel slips a little on me, but I have narrow heels and wide transverse arches. I use these for "dressy" occasions as I cannot wear heels because of orthopedic problems.

Nice shoe - My 13 yr old daughter is struggling to find shoes for school to wear with a uniform. She has trouble with her feet and needs orthotics to balance her legs. These shoes were the most comfortable for her to wear with her inserts and are appropriate for the school uniform. Wish they were less expensive but I guess- you get what you pay for' so I can't complain.

At last an orthotic shoe that is not completely hideous - I was pleased to find an orthotic shoe that was not totally ugly. I do not think it is really awesome looking, but this is way better than the other ones available.
