Comfortable, stylish, low profile shoe. I have the ink black color, which actually has a slightly greenish hue, with black stripes. Subtle, and looks great. Fit is slightly on the tighter side, but I still fit into my usual size. The shoe was comfortable on first wearing. Minimal arch support, great for people with flatter feet. The shoes have a slight squeak that hasn't gone away, as other reviews mention (doesn't bother me at all). Overall a good shoe for the price.

The shoe fit perfectly. I’m an 11 and fit was greatly true to the size. It does have a certain squeak on the overall shoe and outsole, but just make sure you tie them up firmly, the squeak does go away after a few hrs.

What fantastic customer service! As soon as I clicked submit on my order, the great Zappos staff must have processed my order as it arrived the next day. Wow! The mule seems to be a cross between a slipper and a shoe, which can be handy when I need to take my dog outside at night for a quick visit to the nearest tree! The mules are very comfortable. I usually wear women's size 9 1/2 or 10 and the men’s medium was a perfect fit. I bought the men’s because I like the red color.

Cool look, snug fit and a little squeaky - Probably about a full size smaller than true size. I ordered a half a size larger, but I think because the shoe fits really snug, I could have gone another 1/2 size larger. I thought maybe once the shoe was broken in a bit they might fit better. So far that's not the case. They do squeak just a little as well.

I love these shoes! They look really cool and they're comfortable. The only bad thing is the squeaking! It's really noticeable and loud. The bottom of the insole is plastic and it rubs against the outsole making it squeak but I found a solution. I just took a pair of insoles from an old pair of Pumas and put them in my Usans. Now no more squeaking!

Don't buy just 1 pair!
Thanks to Zappos I was able to return the first pair and get the size that was right. I was so pleased; I ordered a second pair in another color. These shoes look and feel great! And no squeaks! Zappos is the model for customer service that others should try to emulate. Thanks Zappos for great service and Puma for a great shoe!

Lightweight, running shoes -
It’s really hard for me to put these on...like suit shoes...but after they're on, they fit okay. Still narrow on the forefoot...I don't recommend for long walking. Looks are great except that when I walk, the shoes fold and make folded lines on top...it's kinda annoying because I bought shiny silver ones that also made squeaky sounds...I’m gonna try and put some oil on it...Vaseline doesn't work it, dries up too quickly, but overall it's very sharp looking and makes me feel good when running.

I decided to chance it by buying a pair. As soon as I got them, I tested it out. The squeaking noise you get from just walking is unreal. It's loud, annoying and definitely noticeable. I cannot believe Puma would release such shoes. It's terribly noisy. It was comfortable enough and looked ok.

As soon as you try them you'll feel how fast these shoes are...I think they are great for running and they look great! ...my Usan didn’t have any squeaky noise so I don't know why everyone writes about this shoes being squeaky... Buy them you won't regret them and if you do -send them back!

It hurts to look this good -
For a tennis shoe, this is not the most comfortable fitting shoe in the world, but it looks so good that I'll deal with the uncomfortableness. It doesn't hurt, it's just uncomfortable.

Squeaky, but easily fixed and worth the effort.
I love, LOVE these shoes. The style is perfect for casual and semi-casual clothing. They're light, but the sole still provides enough support. Like the other reviewers have mentioned, they can be very squeaky when new. It sounds crazy, but rub a little Vaseline onto the removable insole where it rubs against the leather and the squeak goes right away!

Stylish and comfortable shoe -
The construction of this shoe helps guide your foot through a more normal walking pattern, which didn't win my friends over - but I love it. A bit stiff in the tongue - just don't tie the shoe very tight until worn in.

Order half size to 1 size bigger -
Love the shoe, NOT squeaky at all I guess I don’t have the same problem as everybody else. I wear an 11.5 and I ordered a 12, a little snug but after wearing them a couple times they fit perfect.
