These are great basic sneaker! The only real difference from previous versions of the Tekkie is that Puma has replaced the frayed, distressed ankle with a neatly stitched one. Otherwise they have the same simple, low profile style. These shoes use a much softer canvas than some similar offerings, like the Keds Champion, for example. The result is a very lightweight, slipperlike shoe that is very comfortable, but do not go looking for much in the way of arch support or plan to run a marathon in these. Overall they are great shoes, and a delightful change of pace from the run-of-the-mill crosstrainers that everyone else wears.

These are my favorite sneakers ever. They're super light weight and perfect for the summer. Really low profile shoe looks great with jeans or shorts. I want to get a pair in every color. I think they're very comfortable, but there is absolutely no arch support.

Extremely thin sole, can feel everything below your feet. With this long walk are unpleasant unless you use an extra cushioned insole like I do which makes the shoe much better. The overall material is so thin that the heel section of the shoe falls down creating an unappealing collapsed look near the back of your foot. Style on the other hand is superb! I have received nothing but good comments about these brilliantly white shoes! Please Puma, make these shoes with a thicker sole and stiffer back! It would be a winner then!

These shoes fell apart within 3 weeks. They tore away from the sole along the back... Pretty cheep!
