I love these shoes. I do the Insanity workout every morning and was always afraid to jump because the impact from landing bothered my neck and back. I even hate running, and these shoes actually made me enjoy running. I have never been a big believer in the right shoe for a workout. These shoes however have completely changed my mind. They are very lightweight, no bulk flexible and breathable with great traction. It's as comfortable as not wearing any shoes yet offers so much support especially in my high arches and absorbs shock very well. I usually have foot pain when I work out but these eliminated that. This was my very first pair of Puma's, I have tried every other brand out there and not sure why I have never tried Puma before. With this pair of shoes they have sold me on their brand and all my future athletic shoes will most likely be this brand.

This sneaker has NO ARCH support at all. If you need arch support, this is NOT the sneaker for you. It has an almost flat insole, kind of like a flip flop.
Brands I'd also recommend: I have no recommendations for this product.

Great for Zumba class! I struggle to find shoes with enough cushioning for the high impact dance moves, with not too much traction so that I don't stick to the floor. These fit the bill! I ordered a half size larger than normal and was pleased with the fit. I have been a fan of Ryka Transitions for zumba but I think I like these better. Less traction, more flexibility. And they're cuter.

I have flat feet so my foot hung over the side of these which hurt a little while doing jumping exercises. I'm not sure that this is a good choice for someone with no arches.

I bought these for high impact training like Insanity. They are not good for that! They are fine to just lift weights in or just wearing around. I do not recommend these shoes for workout shoes!
