I ordered these after a recommendation in a fitness mag for group class rats like me. I agree they are stabilizing, but there's just not enough support for every day use. Coming from Asics gels, I'm used to a higher sole and more cushioning. I use these for agility classes like boot camp and Crossfit but am back to my Asics for step, running and anything else.
Brands I'd also recommend: asics gel blur, nike air max

I bought these on sale and am happy enough with them that I will keep them. However, I agree with the other reviewer who said they are not stabilizing/supportive enough for my more aerobic workouts. They have a very flexible sole and decent cushioning. However, they feel a little sloppy since the whole front of the shoe is mesh. This makes them soft and almost sock-like. That great for exercise like gym/weights, but not so great for step, kickboxing, etc. One of my favorite features is the tongue and lacing; the tongue is anchored with elastic so it does not move around, and something about the lacing gives you a really snug fit. It feels little narrow through the instep and toebox to me, and I have medium to wide feet.
