For whatever reason, this shoe appears to run incredibly small. My son is a size 13 in other shoes, but I remembered in Pumas he had tried on in a store he was more like a 1. But this size 1 was way too small! I don't even think a 2 would be big enough. Super cute shoe otherwise -- just FYI.

We love Pumas and my 4 year son has worn pumas his whole life. I can't even remember buying any other sneaker for him. I gave this shoe 3 stars b/c it ran small and narrow compared to other Pumas. In addition, the shoe itself smelled horrible which we've never encountered before with puma. I'm hoping Puma will put out more color and style options for kids.

My 4 year old som loves them! He can get them on and off easily with no assistance from me! They are super cute but after having them and wearing them for less than a month, I can tell that we will have to replace them much sooner than his last pair of tennis shoes. Looks great, fits great, the only downside is that they wear out faster than I'd like!

My 5 year old says he loves these shoes - and he is picky. If the shoe doesn't feel exactly right on his foot, he won't wear it. Just one thing - the shoe says the insert is a special size check on the shoe but my son's toes go to the 'too big for this shoe' mark and the shoes aren't too small for him. Weird.

Okay, these shoes run really small. My son wears size 10.5 but had to buy 12.5 to fit. They are super cute but the velcro is cheap. We've owned this shoe 1 month and the softer part of the velcro is already ripping off. Sad.

These are too small! When people say order a whole size larger, do it. A whole size. Other than that, I was surprised that these are such lightweight shoe. It is nice to be light, but they almost seem flimsy. The style is cute.

Great shoe -- fun color, very comfortable. Runs small. Had to go up a whole size for my 7 year old. Why would that happen with established brand like Puma? But still great shoe if you go up in size.

They run big but only half a size. Compared to other sneakers they are very light and not heavily padded; this may account for people thinking they are bigger than they are. They are not skate shoes and don't have the big thick tongue or the heavy soles. Size up half a size, no more. Easy on off, light, all good.

I bought these for my five-year-old at the end of August to start the school year. It's only mid-October and the Velcro is already coming off in tufts; I don't think they'll last much longer. For the money, I definitely expected more than two months of wear.

The stitching is coming apart on these shoes after only 8 weeks mostly around the velcro straps and my son does not even wear these shoes every day. That is why I gave the shoe 3 stars but otherwise my son loves these it is so hard to find red shoes and the style is cute.
