First and foremost, the Zappos customer service family is top notch! The shoes arrived very quickly and are perfect for my 2 year old boy. They are stylish and match the majority of his wardrobe. He gets compliments all of the time! He outgrew his first pair before they even showed wear and tear! I knew I had to get another pair! The hook and loop closure make it easy to ensure that I don't have to tie a shoe every two seconds! A very happy customer.
