Amazing how. As others have pointed out, you should order half a size up than with other Puma shoes. The shoe is very comfortable. I wish Puma had more shoes with thin soles since they don't hurt your knees. Overall, a great purchase and I highly recommend getting these shoes.

I love these shoes! I was looking for a simple, slip-on, style of Puma shoe. I ordered the same size that my other various Puma shoes are, but my first order was too small. I called customer support and they sent me a new pair, quick! My new shoe is 1/2 size larger than usual, and fit great! Within an hour or so they are already broken in. Zappos customer support was great and these shoes are fantastic!

True to size (I wear a 8 1/2 or 9) ordered a 9. Very comfy. Nice dark brown color. Glad I purchased.

So sweet looking, but not that comfortable--especially if you have flat, wide duck feet like me.

Great lightweight gym shoe. I use it on our elliptical machine. Not a lot of cushioning for everyday walking or running, but perfect for non impact exercise. Good lace spacing to get snug uniform fit over front of foot. Leather is flexible and soft, very comfortable. Order 1/2 or full size up as these run small. I wear a 10 Nike, needed 10.5 in these. As always, Zappos service is exceptional!
