Got them for my teen age daughter. There is no arch support but we fixed that with an insert. She loves them and they look "cool" on her.

Great shoes very comfortable and look amazing in suede. Only downside is that because they're suede you need to take some care of them but they aren't too picky. I can't comment on arch support because I use insoles. Worth noting that the ones that come with the shoes are glued in and it takes a bit of work to take them out but it can be done. Overall I am very pleased with these shoes and people love how they look.

I'm a girl with small feet, and I thought these would look cute if they were my size - women's 7, men's 5. But, they ended up looking a bit silly in that size. So I went back to Chucks.

They look good and fit well; however, both of the soles split right in the middle approximately four months after owning these shoes.
