This was my first experience ordering from Zappos. My shoes shipped faster than expected and the after sale follow up has been great! The shoes I ordered are fantastic. Really comfortable and a well made product. This has been a overall great experience. I'll be back!

I bought this shoe because it was subtle. It looks classy on all sorts of pants/shorts/trunks. Great show, good quality. Only issue is it needs a bit of time for the show to stretch to your foot, and that can be a bit painful but it's smooth sailing after that.

Even if the shoe wasn't as amazing as it is, Zappos would still receive a 5 star rating. I ordered the shoe at 6pm Monday and it was at my door 1pm Tuesday. This was probably due to my free VIP account I was able to get a while back. Six years strong with Zappos and they haven't failed once.

Perfect fit for my feet. They are comfortable and stylish. I love them. So far my greatest fear is to get them dirty.

Very comfortable from day one, and I really like the style. My only complaints, (1) they squeak a little when you walk, and (2) the heel wore out a little quick (but then again, I'm a heavy heel-walker).

This shoe fit really great from day one. It is very flexible right out of the box, so it does not require breaking in. My foot is an average width size 13. Love 'em.

In person this shoe looks and feels like it's made out of cheap plastic. It has a shiny, toy-like appearance, and the white rand looks like it's been painted on in spots. This is not a well-made shoe in any regard.

This is a great shoe. It is slick looking and very minimalist. If you're looking for a classic white shoe, then this is an excellent selection. The shoes were narrow when I first wore them, but they have since been worn in and fit comfortably now.

This shoe looks so much better in person. I was looking for a pair of shoes that look good with jeans and this is perfect! This Puma model is not like the other traditional Puma shoes where the shoe is smaller and narrow. It is true to size. If you wear 9 in Nike, getting a 9 in this Puma shoe will be fine. This shoes has no arch support but it's not too bad and shoes will eventually get wrinkly anyways. I initially bought this with free shipping (5-8 days) but Zappos sent me an email the next day stating they bumped my 5-8 shipping to a 2 day shipping free of charge. Thank you Zappos! Zappos will always be my number shopping destination for shoes!

Shipping took about a week as I ordered over a holiday and I'm on the west coast. The shoe it self feels okay. I guess I am more used to basketball or skater shoe comfort with all the extra padding so this felt a bit weird. Other than that everything else is good so far.

I rreally loved these. I have seen them at my local Foot Locker for more, but I got them on sale here. I received them in five days. My only complaint is that when I went to put them on the front folds in (it is weird and only on the left shoe), but other than that they are really white and clean!

I'll start off by saying that I have a wide foot and that's one of the main reasons this shoe and I had problems. The shoe looks amazing, yet it was a little tight around my foot even though I bought a size larger than I normally wear and it constantly rubbed up against my heel causing pain shortly after walking.

These are cool - it's the 3rd pair I've owned - they're very comfy. The problem with the other 2 pairs is that the white decking pulls away from the leather after a couple of months, particularly in places where the shoe flexes with your foot. It's not terrible, but worth mentioning.
