I've been looking a long time for a boot that worked for my hard to fit feet size 12, wide at the front but with a narrow heel and a very high arch. I do not feel any arch support in this boot but then I don't feel any support in any shoe as my arches are so high. These boots do work great with my custom orthodic supports however. Now if only we had some snow to put them to the real test of shoveling and walking the dogs in the snow.

This is a very comfortable boot, one of the few available in wider widths. With bunions I thought I would never find a pair I could wear, but this does the job. Arch support isn't great but there is room for inserts or orthotics if you need them. And I'll have dry feet when I go to Whistler!

This is a great waterproof boot! It is very comfortable and warm - I bought a pair specifically to take to London in February. I am so glad I did. The only con to this boot is that your socks must come up higher than the boot itself so that the zipper won't rub your leg - that's the reason I gave it only 4 stars for comfort. If I could give it 4.5, I would because it's not a deal breaker at all! With knee socks, it's perfect! If you need stylish boots to keep your feet warm and dry, you can't go wrong with these!

Had to choose a full size larger than what I usually order for shoes. So far I love these boots, haven't had to shovel snow off the driveway, that will be the true test!

Great boots! The day I got them, it snowed and they were put to use. I bought a size seven, they are a little big, but I can pull them off and on without using the zipper which did get caught in the nylon when I tried to unzip. They are very comfortable and warm, durable but soft. I love them.

These boots are waterproof, not just water resistant which was the main reason I chose them. And they are warm which is also important for me as I suffer from poor circulation and my feet seem to always be cold in the winter. I have wide feet so ordered the extra wide so I could wear heavy socks with them. The other reviewers are right, no support for high arches, but they are roomy enough that an insert isn't annoying. The tread makes for stable walking on icy streets. Wore them when I spent Christmas with my son's family at a ski lodge in Vermont and they were perfect! Very happy with them.

I am thrilled with these boots! I purchased size 9, in the widest width, a half size larger that I normally wear. I have wide feet, thick calves and bunions. These boots are plenty wide for a thick pair of socks. My toes have lots of wiggle room. The fake fur lining kept my feet nice and toasty in a quick test walk around the block. I had some trouble zipping one boot up, but a little wiggling and it zipped up the rest of the way. Thank you Zappos,for providing extra wide widths!

Wonderful rain and snow boots. I can tromp through anything and know my feet will stay dry. The grip on ice is pretty decent too. I thought these ran a bit narrow so I ended ordering wider than usual, especially to allow for a heavy sock. These are my go-to boots when it snows heavily in Utah.

I love these boots. Fit great. Love ordering from Zappos. The shipping is awesome. I find that most places that offer free shipping means the slowest way possible. Usually 6+ days. Zappos is always the next day or at most the day after. And the return shipping is also free. Can\'t beat that.

The Snowdrift Walker is very light in the feet. Got mine in my size but when I got it, it felt a little snug on my toes and feet. So I decided to get a size up and a wide because I wanted to make sure I have enough room to wear thick socks. The best thing about it was, I called in the other night to have my boots exchanged and I got the replacement yesterday! Zappos is definitely the best there is! I'll surely be back to get more shoes here.
