Great style and comfort-fits orthotic!!! I absolutely love these boots. After getting orthotics, I have had a difficult time finding stylish shoes that fit. (I have probably ordered and returned 20 pair of shoes to Zappos!!) Finally, I found these! I also bought a pair of sandals from Propet that fit my orthotics! Thank you Zappos! PS: These have also worn well in the snow and rain.

Looks good, but… I was disappointed in the fit of this boot. They are cut a little small; I had to go to a larger than my usual size. Although a 2X width, it is tight across the instep, making the zipper very difficult to close. Also, the shank is stiff and unyielding around the ankle so that my leg rubs against it as I walk and creates a scraped spot, despite the shearling collar. I would not buy this brand of boots again.

Great quality, but runs small - I just received these boots - they are very sturdy, warm and feel like they would be excellent in the snow. However, they were small - I run a true size 7 1/2 - and they were short on me, and incredibly tight on the top of my foot (I have high arches). I am trying again, ordering 1/2 size larger (and black - the light color is absolutely beautiful - it feels as if the boots would last forever, but I suspect the light color would get stained fairly quickly).

Nice looking boot, but it was really tight all over. Even with a thin sock this boot was too tight.

Really cute boots. Just received them today, put them on and walked around the house in them. When the weather turns colder I will definitely get some wear out of these. I always order a half size bigger in boots and these fit perfectly. They will look super cute with jeans.

Score! These are cute and they fit my fat feet and they were on sale! They're tall enough to tuck narrow pants in, but not too bulky to wear wide-legs pants out. I'm almost looking forward to winter.

I ordered a 9.5 in Wide but found that since my instep is high that I couldn't wear it with socks. Luckily,the EE became available within a week and I am sending the black 9.5 Wide back. The boot was very comfortable and had easy on/off. I liked the fact that it is lined, is leather and is waterproof. Also, I didn't have to be concerned that my large calves would be too big to zip it up as there was no problem with that.

Bought these boots for my mom. The double width was perfect for her. She loved that they were easy to take on and off. They had great support! They looked good even with her dress pants or jeans. They also kept her feet warm and dry! I would def say get them!

After trying on about five other pairs of boots, I am finally settled on these. They aren't the cutest on the planet, but they are very comfy. I was worried there wasn't enough arch support at first, but I have worn them out and about, and my feet haven't been sore at all. And even playing in the snow, I have stayed dry. I did order a size bigger than normal, but I have found that to be true in most winter boots. I am usually an 11, but a 12 fit perfectly.

Great sole for safe footing and comfortable, warm boots. I'm following the advise of other reviewers I ordered up a size (10 WW instead of 9.5 W) to leave lots of room for thick socks, and the fit is nice and roomy. The ankles are wide enough to zip up easily over the socks, but narrow enough to keep the snow out.

Okay, I just received these boots today, but honestly put them on in house, they felt right, a little longer (I'm usually a size 9ee), but for winter sock wear 9.5 was just right. Perfect width, so comfortable in house I actually wore them outside. I was that confident I would not be returning them. Sometimes you just know on the first fit. I just ordered them less than 24 hours ago. Yes, that's right. Got them next day by 3 pm. Just cannot say enough about the return policy. These boots were ordered after a return of another pair; what a pleasure not to worry about s&h. It's so easy and makes ordering others a breeze. Hopefully a loyal customer!

Excellent boots - I am very happy with this boots. They fit well, are quite warm and comfortable. I normally wear an 8 Wide. These are big enough and can wear medium thick to thick socks as well. The service was excellent as well.

Just right!! I used these shoes on a recent trip to Chicago - being from Florida I don't get to wear boots like this much. I got them in the brown and they were dark enough to go with brown or black. I also had to order the wider width since they were out of 9M. They were a little wide for me but worked out fine since I had heavy socks on. They were really warm and comfortable and pretty much all I wore all weekend. Too bad I can't wear them here - it's just about flip flop weather again. Great purchase for the price!

Great all around winter boot - Zappos service was "as usual" awesome!!! I got these overnight even though I didn't ask for it! And the boots fit true to size. Very warm, and felt like they gave me great footing on the ice and snow. My orthotics fit easily in them. Wore them all day at work, and they were very comfortable and looked nice, got some compliments!
