This appears to be a well-made boot but I had to return it because the toe is squarish like a cowboy boot and I have very wide feet. It pinched my toes even though the size appeared to be correct. Fit quite snug, couldn't have worn any thick socks with this.

I really like the way the boot looks and it's very comfortable on the foot. My problem was that it squished my toes. I ordered a half size smaller, as most people recommended that. I'm hoping to return them for my regular size but they currently aren't in stock. I haven't worn them outside or in the snow, so can't comment on that. But in terms of appearance and inside comfort, I'd rate them very highly.

I have ginormous feet, which makes getting decent shoes a problem. My first attempt at boots this year was not satisfactory at all, but then I happened upon the Propet Chermona, and I am so happy that I did. These have to be the comfiest winter boots I've ever worn. They're warm, the sole is sturdy on the outside and soft on the inside; they fit perfectly, they're waterproof, and I can move around in them without feeling as if someone has a death grip on my ankles. I recommend the Chermonas very highly to anyone who wants a good, plain, comfortable boot. On the strength of my experience, I'm going try other Propet shoes.

I got this in a size 12, and it looks decent and not too manly even in my size - at least for a winter boot. I think the tread will do great in snow. The shoe is soft and comfortable. The tongue is somewhat flimsy and small, and the top opening is a little loose. This boot will be good for city-strolling and walking in wet, icy conditions on snow (but not in deep snow). Overall, a good deal for the price.

I ordered these boots, and I like them, especially the easy on off of velcro. I probably should have ordered them smaller both in width and length. I ordered a half size larger than usual. Very nice boot. I wear them with YakTrax for traction in icy, snowy weather.

I did not like the Propet Chermona. The top felt very loose and cold air was getting in and the backs flopped every time I took a step. They felt very heavy and uncomfortable (especially with the flopping). Zappos.com made it very easy to return them and I got the Propet Frigid Walker boots instead. They are the same size but fit perfectly!

I bought these shoes with the purpose of using them in the snow. They did their job splendidly, kept my feet warm and dry and the sole was non-slippery. Highly recommend them for snowy weather.

Love these boots!!! I wear EE and these are perfect. I did feel they ran a half size short. Once I got the proper size, I was totally happy!!! As always, Zappos customer service rocks!!!!

The left boot fit fine, the right one was too small. My right foot is a wee bit bigger than my left but usually isn't a problem, especially in boots. Loved the velcro opening!

Love these boots! Especially nice to be able to order an extra wide size and know that they will be comfortable. No zippers to worry about, easy Velcro closure. Good traction and feet stay nice and warm. If you are a half size you may want to order the next size up as my size 11 fits but not "extra" room.

This boot met my needs - comfortable - though it wouldn't have enough support to walk for miles in lieu of a walking shoe. The style and overall profile is not too large and "clunky" while having excellent tread for slippery sidewalks. The boot is waterproof, which was a key feature for me!

Great shoe. True to size. I ordered the wide to fit with some heavy winter socks. Perfect, comfortable and worth it.

Bought for last winter. Wore for an hour or so therefore could not return, most uncomfortable. Material felt very hard, shoes felt very heavy on the feet. Put them in back of closet and did not wear again -- will go to Goodwill in case someone else can wear them.

These are great looking short boots, but the vamp is too high to get them on without a struggle. I am returning them for this reason. But the sole looks nice and sturdy, and I like the wide Velcro strap. Bummer.

These boots keep my feet warm, but I haven't put them to the test in really wet weather. The ankle is stiff & uncomfortable, and bending is unnatural. The size of the foot seems true to size, and for the most part the foot area is comfortable.

These boots were shorter than I had expected so "hit" my ankle. They were also boxier than they appeared in the picture so didn't meet my style expectations.

Not the most attractive boot, but it does the job. I had knee surgery and have a swollen foot, even after 5 months. There's not a very stylish collection when it comes to boots. I like the velcro closing and easy, wide opening. I can get my foot in easily. They seem to be made well.

These run about a half size too small. They are heavy as well. I have tried on so many pairs of shoes, what is the standard for size? If a size was the same size all around I wouldn't have to return so many pairs.
