Propét Cafe Walker - The shoe felt good from the initial fit and I was pleased I could get a 10.5 size which is a hard find. However, after wearing on a business trip, I got corns and my feet hurt. I didn't wear the shoes for about a week and wore them again. They felt good, but I would be reluctant to use them as my primary source of a walking shoe on my next trip.

Butter soft leather, good traction and gentle foot hug are the pluses. I would like a little more padding under the ball of the foot; all of my other Propéts have this. I appreciate the buckle instead of the velcro fastener. I often find that the velcro fasteners don't allow me to tighten the strap enough for a snug fit. With a buckle, I can always punch another hole. My foot is a 10 ½W and so I would like to have my foot look as small as possible. This shoe is not bulky and so fills the bill for me. It also means that they will not take loads of space in a suitcase. I bought a pair in brown and like them enough that I am waiting to hear that there is a pair in black in my size becoming available. The stitching detail is really very nice. I need walking shoes that look a bit dressy because I take public transportation to endless theater events and museum happenings in downtown Chicago. I also need them for travel. This pair will work for both.

Propét Café Walker - The Propét Café Walkers are very comfortable right from the start and very stylish for those who can't wear heels. The one thing I am disappointed in is the support they offer but not bad for a flat shoe. Comfort wins out on this one!

Dressy, but comfy - This is a nice little shoe. Looks good enough to wear with nice pants, but still comfortable and has a bit of tread for negotiating slippery streets.

Stylish and comfortable - I have bought this in black and brown. Takes my orthotic and I can be on my feet for hours. My only complaint is that the brown is not really brown, but redder. I kept it because it is so hard to find something that fits me. I have bunions and need wide shoes. These fit the front of my foot and the strap keeps them on.

These are great dressed up or down - These are very comfortable shoes! The width is as described, so they accommodate my orthotics. They look great dressed up to wear professionally and look great worn with jeans. I like the color selection too.

Brown shoes - I have a hard time finding shoes that fit and that I am able to wear with my orthotics. I find this shoe nice looking and comfortable.

Very satisfied - Was looking for a good looking shoe in size 10, that's hard to do. This one fits the bill. Good looking and great comfort. Great with slacks.

Not for really wide feet - I love the casual "dressy" look of the shoe. It was not as wide as most of my double wide shoes. I put a shoe stretcher on it for a week and I now can wear them comfortably.

Propét Cafe Walker - I previously bought a shoe by Dexter that looked the same as pictured. The quality and fit was the same. I feel that the Propét shoe insole was more comfortable. The shoe was true to size.

Comfortable but not enough support - This is a good-looking shoe, true to size and width; but, I feel, not supportive enough.

Comfort Zone - Shoes are quite comfortable, especially since I have been having problems with my feet for a while. They are slightly different in how they feel from another pair I have in a different color. But then I know that no two pair are alike. They feel supportive and are easy to walk in.

Great Shoes! I have VERY weird feet. The second toe on my left foot has drifted almost completely over the big toe. This makes the second toe stick up and it has developed a corn that is painful when rubbed by most shoes. I've found Propét to make shoes that will not only accommodate my orthotic but have softer leather over the toes. I like this style because I can wear it with slacks or with dresses. I am past the point in my life when I can wear heels. I've ordered this shoe in three colors...the lighter one, the black and the brown. They are comfortable. The shoe is a bit wide in the back...the heel area...but I can live with that.

Bargain Of the Century! I looked first at Zappos online, saving this style in the shopping bag 'til the woman I was shopping for/who needed them had a chance to look around town at the specialty "shoe comfort" stores. It's a good thing Zappos wasn't out of the Propét Cafe Walker by the time it was determined that similar styles cost almost 3 times more in those stores! She had never actually worn a shoe of the proper width for her feet before, and wound up choosing one size smaller than was expected because of the added width. I ordered 3 different sizes for her to try, and she chose the smallest of them. Thank you Zappos! I believe that this shoe will accommodate orthotics if one purchases a half size up (and perhaps a single width wider?)...The wearer of this purchase didn't use orthotics!

Excellent shoes! These shoes were bought for my mother who is living in a nursing home, and the ease of these shoes helps her and also the staff of the nursing home - easy to care for, comfortable, and also looking a bit stylish - not bad!

Propét Cafe Walker - Very nice looking shoe, my husband liked the fact that it was leather, it was comfortable from the first day I wore it, and I have walked miles since. Great shoe, and arrived the day after I ordered, wonderful service.
