I wanted boots that were waterproof, warm, and attractive enough to wear with suits (did not want the Ugg look). These shoes are even better than expected. Have a European styling, with warm fleece inside and are waterproof. I have walked for miles and are very comfortable with good support. I wear an 8 narrow in dress shoes and required a 9 in these (although can accommodate wool socks). As always, Zappos exchanged sizes quickly and easily.

This is a comfortable walking shoe. I bought for a fall trip to Europe and only wore them 1 day before walking 10 miles/day in wet weather. So comfortable I never had sore feet. Not the cutest of the shoes I have, but the most sturdy and practical.

Just received my boos today and I love them! Look good and feel great. I bought a 1/2 size larger so I could wear 2 pairs of socks for the cold Chicago winters. I am so glad I chose these over other boots I had considered.

I love these boots! With a wide foot and high instep, boots as comfortable as these are especially hard to find. Nice marriage of sturdy (good traction) and reasonably attractive. Plus, they are easy to slip in and out of which is something I need to do going in and out of homes in the winter weather.

Soft leather, runs very wide, accommodates orthotics, but angle of heel to front of foot is not as comfortable as other Propet shoes, and this is about my 6th pair.

I ordered these shoes for my mom-in-Law. I love the comfort of Propet shoes and hoped that these would suit her well. On Christmas morning, she opened the box, put the boots on and wore them the rest of the day. They were a great fit and she was well pleased with her gift. These are very chunky boots--not something I would wear with a skirt or dress, which is what I really need. They are more like a hiking boot, and I'm guessing they're really good in snow/mud/slippery conditions. The wide width is very wide and roomy, a nice change from a lot of wide shoes and boots that are barely wider than the regular width. They seem to run slightly large, but would be good with bulky socks.

The simple clean lines of this great shoe-boot is versatile and goes with jeans and work slacks. Being overweight, I find this shoe boot gives great support and traction for winter weather. At first I was unable to zip up all the way due to thick ankles. But the leather has stretched enough since wearing it for a month, so now I can zip up all the way. I really like having a lot of instep room and the ability to wear two pair of socks if needed without my feet being squeezed. This boot really feels true to size.

Love this boot with jeans and snow. I wore them for the first time on Saturday to church. It had snowed and it is cold in our beautiful old church. These were perfect! Wore two pairs of socks, plenty of room. No cold feet. Great traction on snow. I have brown leather. Sort of marbled. They are attractive. I ordered 4e size 7. A little big, but able to wear the two socks comfortably.

I ordered a 7.5 wide to accommodate Morton's neuromas, even though I have "regular" width feet. This shoe doesn't conform well across the instep and feels too long. I tried correcting with a thicker sock and it made the toe box too narrow.

I bought these for my daughter who has a high instep as well as a wide foot. It's been a great challenge to find shoes to fit her comfortably. She is quite pleased with this boot and wears them all the time.

These boots were true to size, are warm and comfortable, yet pretty lightweight. The collar is cushiony and they are waterproof!

Decent boot that is true to size and width, but inside area from sole to top of shoe seems extra high. I normally remove the standard footbeds so I can place my orthotics. When I did this, my foot slipped around too much. I re-inserted the footbeds and placed my orthotics on top. This, along with thick socks, makes the fit just fine.

I love this boot! I have narrow, long feet with high arches and very think ankles. Finding shoes that fit, let alone boots, is very difficult. These are great! I improved the arch support with inner soles and voila! My feet are comfortable and warm. I even tried them in the snow and slush and you can't even tell. Still look like new.

The top of the boot was so stiff it rubbed and would not allow the ankle to bend when taking a step.
