The first pair I ordered had a major defect inside the boot and dug right into my heel. I contacted the awesome folks at Zappos and with no hassles a new pair delivered. This pair is comfortable and gorgeous! They rock!

Love the boots other than the fact that the first time I wore them all but 3 of the little spikes on the straps fell off.

I have very high arches. Most of the time, I can only wear boots with zippers to get my foot in them. These were great boots but still couldn't zipper them past my arch in my foot. I wanted them to fit in the worst way.
