Couple of complaints: First, this shoe has fabric soles. I have no idea why but yes, they're slippery. Second, the crossed straps are loose, as if a foot is supposed to be fatter (thicker?) than mine. And finally, the zipper on the back is too high and rubs against the back of your ankle. That might go away with wear but the other factors won't.

The shoes are great, except...the zipper at the back of the shoe is really long, so the back of the shoe rubs on the back of my ankle. I'm wearing bandages and pads to prevent blisters until the shoe gets softer/my skin gets tougher.

I wanted to keep these shoes sooo bad but unfortunately, I couldnt. I got black and the tan color, and both of them looked super cute on, however, they run a bit wide so i didnt feel i got proper support and felt my feet slid around in them. And my feet are totally medium in size, not narrow. The other thing was the back zipper went up pretty high and the back of the shoes rubs when it hits the ankle because it ends up in such an odd place. They would have rubbed had I been able to have secure enough footing to have had the confidence to wear them out.
Brands I'd also recommend: yellow box or michael antonio
