Overall this luggage is very good. I bought the 24" spinner for the international travel I make every three months or so. In the past I bought a couple luggage from Zappos but either they were too big or too small. This one fits the bill perfect. I like the material it's made out of as well. The wheels are effortless. The only complaint I have is you don't get hardly any more space when you expand it. You basically get about a half inch of expansion when you unzipped it to expand it. I hope this helps.
