"Just had to thank you for your quality customer service for my order. I had asked a question regarding sizing that apparently put my order on "hold" and caused me to get a phone call a day later asking if I wanted the order or if it were to be cancelled. I had been answered promptly and satisfactorily regarding my email (which I sent after my order was placed) and had assumed the order was in process since I didn't cancel. Thanks to the phone call I was able to get the order "moving" again. This was very important to me since my 10 year old son was counting the minutes to receiving his new skate shoes. I was informed once the order was going to be put through that they would arrive a day later than we originally thought. I was disappointed. The service representative was so kind and nice. She offered me a coupon for my next order (which I'm excited to use)! She also told me she would talk to another department to see what could be done to get the shoes to arrive "on time" (I had no idea my order had been put on hold). Today, the original day I would've gotten my order I received an email stating it would arrive tomorrow. My son was disappointed, but understood. Then, to our surprise, the sought after shoes arrived today. I can't thank you enough for answering my question, calling me and working to get me order as to me as expected. I had heard good things about Zappos from my sister who has purchased numerous shoes...I had no idea what a quality company you were. Even calling on the phone and discussing the issue at midnight...the representative was so incredibly kind and helpful. You will indeed get much business and referrals from me! Samantha M."
