"My girlfriend had really wanted Uggs slippers of a certain size and color for Christmas but had only told me so about 3 or 4 days before Christmas! I began frantically checking all the stores in my area (and some not so close to me) to no avail. They all either didn't stock them or had run out of the style/size in particular. I had remembered browsing your store in the past and searched for the desired Uggs on your site. You had them at a very reasonable price. But it doesn't stop there. Because I had been holding out hope for getting these shoes in a physical store, I had only reached your site on the day before Christmas Eve! I had begun to construct a gift box with what amounted to an "I.O.U." for the Uggs. I saw your site guaranteed shipping before Christmas day but it was already 5pm EST on the evening before Christmas Eve. I figured it would be impossible (and understood why) for standard (free!) shipping to deliver the Uggs in time for Christmas Eve but I knew she'd understand if they were a little late. I went ahead and punched in her address for shipment and ordered the longed-for Uggs then proceeded to prepare my "I.O.U." gift. On Christmas Eve after she came back from celebrating with her family (and while I was at a family friend's house), she called and asked if I had shipped anything to her house! They came just in time!! (She loves them!) I was so amazed at the rapid holiday turn around (less than 24 hours on an order placed the evening before delivery when other places would have been closed). You can be sure everyone around the dinner tables during the holiday season heard this same story. You guys are great! I know who to recommend for clothes/shoes/bags/accessories in the future.
