"Again Zappos and its WONDERFUL people have come through again. I want you to know I truly appreciate what was done for me yesterday. I am sorry, but when I called in yesterday afternoon I do not remember the girl’s name that answered the phone. I asked if there were any promotions going on for free overnight, but there wasn't, not since my last order at Xmas. I was sad as my son sprang on me at the last minute there was a homecoming dance he was going to! I ran to get him a dress shirt to wear with his tight skater pants and his request was the Reynolds Light shoe (of which I got the last pair!!!). Well when I called to order, there was only regular shipping (which also is super fast and comes within 2 days) but it would miss the dance tonight. I just checked my email and someone has upgraded my order to overnight. I was so happy and my son will be too. I had purchased him a pair of zip side boots that were really great and super expensive (by my standards) and he said no thanks. I told him I had ordered the R. Light and he can wear the boots tonight or his last pair of shoes I had ordered him. Well, guess what he is wearing? The old shoes! Or at least till he gets the NEW ones!! My son is 16 and looks are important. I am a single mom and recently lost my job, but I got him an expensive shirt and shoes for this occasion because he rarely asks for anything...except YOUR shoes. I just want you to know that I appreciate the great customer service and caring people you employ and the quality of shoes you sell. Your skate shoes last longer than others we have bought locally. I know Zappos will keep up the great work and I tell everyone that if they want quality, large selection and great service with door delivery to check you out. I have NEVER had to return anything! Thanks again, "
