"To Whom It May Concern: I am extremely pleased to be able to write you this letter. Less than a week ago I accidentally mailed something valuable in my Zappos return shipping box along with the two pairs of shoes I wanted to return. I also ended up sending a valuable Louis Vuitton bag. Now, this may not seem like a big deal, but the issue was that the bag was not mine, it belonged to my sister. I do not have the means to spend that much money on a purse - but my sister does - and I knew if I didn't get it back, she was going to be very upset because they don't make this particular purse anymore. I, too, was going to be upset that I had to refund her that money because I can't afford it. As soon as I had realized what I'd done (or thought I'd done), I called UPS... they were of no help because it was just a drop off and they didn't have the tracking number. I then called Zappos customer service and was greeted very kindly when I explained what I had done. Then today, less than a week later, I received the bag that I had accidentally shipped in the mail. Not only did you not charge me for the return shipping, but the bag looks like it is in better condition now than it was before! I called immediately to say thank you and I think ended up frightening your supervisor because I started crying... I was so happy that I just started hysterically crying! (I am pregnant and sometimes my emotions are CRAZY!) Please accept my sincerest thanks for your staff's attention to this matter. I am truly thankful and if I wasn't before, will now surely be a satisfied Zappos customer! I will gladly continue to shop with you - and be sure to tell friends of my wonderful Zappos experience!!!
