"I was planning to spread the word to my friends about Zappos today! I have been delighted by the service I have received, only three days into my relationship with your company. I am impressed for two reasons: First, I placed two orders online on December 29. The first order was for an Anne Klein zebra print tote bag. Later that evening, I placed an order online for a pair of Ariel peep-toed pumps. Not only did your company notify me immediately that you had upgraded my shipping method at no cost to me, but both packages arrived late the following afternoon, less than 24 hours after I had ordered them. Second, the items themselves are glorious. I had searched everywhere online and in catalogs for a tote bag in zebra print that was of high quality and available at a reasonable price. Earlier that day, I learned that the beautiful zebra print satchel that I had coveted in a department store’s catalog had sold out. I finally discovered the Anne Klein zebra print tote on your website and ordered it within a few minutes. The Anne Klein arrived yesterday afternoon. I opened the box, exclaimed over the beauty and quality of the tote, and displayed it on my mantle, so that I could admire it as I worked around the house. The Ariel peep-toed pumps have as high and as pointy a heel as I have ever worn. I have Size 10 feet, and I run between my job as a lawyer and caring for my horses. I don't often wear heels, anymore, and any chance I have to feel like a sophisticated woman is precious to me. To my amazement, the beautiful Ariel pumps are comfortable to wear. I am already plotting an occasion to put them into action. I am sorry that you all must miss the pleasure of witnessing the moments of spontaneous glee that you make possible for your customers.
