This shoe has a wide toe box, just what I needed! It is light weight and looks cute, love the shoe and planning on purchasing another pair!

I bought these for my HIIT workouts, because I had been having numb toes and sore soles with my standard Nike crosstraining shoes. These are great. They are roomy in the toe box, and allow you to spread your toes during balance and lateral moves. And they are so flexible, so you can really land on the right part of your foot and get stable in plank position. I started out wearing socks with these, as I had not ever tried the Merrell barefoot line, but they work best without socks. They are super lightweight. They don't have much cushioning, though, so that's something to consider.

I have a lot of foot problems due to an autoimmune disorder. I'm constantly looking for new shoes that won't make me limp after wearing them for two hours. I was wary about these shoes because I've usually done better with more support. But I was desperate, so I tried them. I was able to wear these shoes all day without foot pain, without limping. That hasn't happened in 9 years. There's something about these shoes that force me to take a different gait. They fit comfortably, and I can't exactly tell what it is about the structure that changes my foot-fall, but it does. And for me, it made all the difference in the world. I just wish they made them in black so I could wear them at work.
Excellent arch support
Felt true to width
