These shoes are very comfortable and light. I feel like I am walking on marshmallows. Had to order 1/2 size up because they do run narrow. Will be ordering other styles soon.

Very comfortable running shoe. I like the extra cushion. My body did not hurt like it normally does after running a marathon. These shoes are great! They are even better off road.

These are the best running shoes that I have ever purchased. I will be hard pressed to wear any other shoes. I have bad knees but these shoes have given me new ability to keep running. I love them!

I just got these shoes on the advice of a serious marathon runner. I am recovering from a bad ankle fracture "two plates and six screws" in November 2012. I ran in these on Thursday and I will never buy another pair of Nike Air Max to run in. These shoes are great and I would recommend them to everyone!

I ran in many brands of shoes since running with these it is hard to buy any other brand. I am sold on Hoka Bondi 2!

This shoe lived up to its reputation for me....as an over 40 guy and 200 lbs this shoe takes a lot of pounding that running on concrete can dish out! The toe box was plenty wide and the arch support was spot on! I am sold on the technology and will definitely buy another pair!

These are very cushiony. I wish they had more arch support. They are a little snug compared to other brands of same size.

I bought these shoes for ultramarathons. They are very comfortable, and relieves the stress of pounding mile after mile. I typically can get about 500 miles out of my shoes, but the soft outsole wears quickly on these, so I might only be able to get 250 or so miles before needing to replace. With a hefty price tag you would expect the shoes to last at least as long as a shoe half the price. These are good shoes, but I am not sure that they are worth the hefty price.

Nice comfy shoe, I use them for walking as I have arch problems. Would be nice if they were a little more plain looking so I could wear them for work. Everything I looked at kept telling me to get a minimalist shoe, tried that and messed up my feet so bad I couldn't walk for a month. These shoes help me to walk farther/faster without the foot pain. They're expensive but worth it from that perspective. I've had them for 8 months at his point and wear them 3 days a week, alternating with another cushioned shoe by Dr. Schools (not nearly as comfortable). Unfortunately the top is separating from the sole of the shoes and there are some splits in the fabric on the top/sides where the toe flexes. I'm going to try and get a warranty satisfaction from Hoka as I feel they should have lasted longer, which explains the 3 stars overall.

Very cushiony comfortable shoe, looks well constructed. Problem is with moderate use they fall apart, the top fabric is starting to separate from the sole. The top fabric is also showing signs of stress cracks where it flexes at the toe on the sides. For what I consider a fairly high priced shoe, and I have only worn them for 6 months and in that time a max of 3 times a week I question the value of this shoe. If you wore them regularly, I don't think they would last anytime at all.

My 3rd pair of Hoka's... Loved other two pairs hated these. I ordered same size as other two pairs but in these my toe slams into the box and they are too narrow. I didn't think to test these out by walking inside before going for a run since the other two were so good. Ran in these and ruined my return before realizing they were too small to comfortably run in.

By far is the worst quality running shoes I have ever bought. After no more than two weeks of walking, not even running, these shoes fell apart. I couldn't believe it, after lots of glorious reviews such a fiasco. The worst of all this is that I had planned to use them as my primary running shoes on my 7 months trip through Russia. Obviously it didn't happen. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with Hoka One quality (considering it's one of the most expensive shoes on the market). Hopefully Zappos will resolve this issue and take away as many stars from Hoka, as possible when I get back to US.

I've run in Hokas before. I currently use the Stinson trail Evo. Even after over 400+ miles, the shoes still run well, and have good cushioning support. However, they are pretty cramped and small in the toe box which causes me to have blackened toenails. So, I decided to go with the Bondi's since they seem like they would be more cushioning on the road. Boy was I wrong. These shoes feel drastically different than the Evos. It runs very flat to me, and there is very little give in the soles. I don't know how people are saying these feel like walking on clouds because to me, they are about as stiff as my New Balance shoes -- which feel like you're walking on cement. I did 3 long runs in these shoes. After 3 miles, I have never ever felt my feet go numb like it did in these shoes. They were literally numb, and my calves were even going numb. It's the most bizarre thing I've ever experienced. I've run in NB, Nikes, the Hoka Evo, etc. Never had this problem before. But, with these shoes, I don't know what is going on. Also, Hokas are notorious for inconsistent sizing. I bought a size 11.5. Normally, I wear 10.5 to 11. These fit me comfortably. The Evos I have are a 11 and are a bit cramped in the toe box. So, I dunno. I think Hokas are generally half an inch to a full inch smaller than normal sizes. I will be returning these shoes. Probably the worst shoes I've ever bought.

Brands I'd also recommend: not sure

I was looking for some more cushioned running shoes but I did not have a chance to run in these shoes. They seem to be pretty cheaply made especially compared to my gel Kayanos. When I was trying them on the tongue on the right shoe completely detached from the shoe. The uppers are very stiff and uncomfortable. I will stick with my Asics for now.
