First let me say that these do run small. I ordered a pair on another website in my Normal size (I only order from another store because they were running a BOGO 1/2 off and my husband was needing shoes as well). Anyhow, those came in and were way too small. Good thing my daughter could wear them! She loved them and kept them. So came to Zappos to order me a pair. Got them in a different color, I ordered the black and blue for this shoe. This time though, I ordered one size larger...got them today and the fit perfect! So if you've never ordered Adidas shoes before, I would go one size bigger! That's why I rated this felt a full size smaller. The ones from Zappos felt great at a one size bigger than I normally wear. One thing I am disappointed in though. The colors do not match what the website shows. When I first pulled them out of the box, I thought, oh no, they sent me the wrong ones. The picture shows like a Baby Blue on the bottom, then the side stripes and shoe laces to be a darker blue. Not the case. The bottoms are Baby Blue, but the sides and shoe laces are like a Green Blue. To be honest, they aren't all the pretty in these colors. Had I known that's what I would be getting, I wouldn't have ordered these. But! After ordering from another store, waiting a week to get them, then having to order from Zappos, I'm just tired of thinking about shoes. These are very comfortable...I love the soles of them. Almost feels like you are squishing through mud when you walk in them, they just have that much bottom to them. I'm used to shoes with flat soles...so this is super comfy to me! That's why I just kept them, they feel very nice when you walk with them. So, yes, I would buy them again, but only if I could see them in person before buying, because of the color differences between the website and real life.

I don't know why Adidas has changed the size and shape of their running shoes. I tried this pair the thrasher and the clima running shoes both med width which I have worn and fit perfectly for over 20 years. They are now extremely narrow to the point that my feet are not supported because they are hanging off the sides due to the shoes being too narrow. As sad as it makes me, I guess I won't be purchasing Adidas any more, my feet simply are too wide for their new designs. I compared them to two pairs of my old Adidas medium width shoes and they are 3/4 of an inch more narrow, huge difference!

Love this shoe! I was looking for a stable running shoe for a moderate amount of trail, pavement and treadmill running, 15 to 20 miles per week. I tend to overpronate. They comfortable and light and of good quality. The colors are fun. They do run half a size small.

I absolutely love these sneakers. Very comfortable. They were about a 1/2 size small, so they just fit, but I loved them so much, I ordered them again in a half size bigger!

Love this shoe. I wear a 9.5 and this shoe has a lot of padding in it and the tongue is very thick so I had to order a 10...but compared and measured to my previous 9.5 that isn't as padded its the same length in both right and left even though its a 10.

These shoes are amazing. I don't run but walk a lot and am fairly active outside, and needed to replace my 10 yr old Franken-New Balances. These shoes are like clouds, so light and so comfortable. Love the color combo.

Love the shoes. The colors are vibrant and fun. The size fit like all of my running shoes, a half size up. My only complaint is that the laces are short. I can still tie a good bow, but barely. Other than that I love them!

These fit perfectly! I have worn Adidas running shoes for over a decade. They work great with my flat feet. If other Adidas running shoes fit perfectly, so will this style.

Heart this shoe. This is probably my 6th pair of the Adidas Thrasher. Super-comfy, just snug enough (and I have a narrow foot!), perfect for trail running.

Good shoe. First time trying Adidas, so I followed the advice of other customers. I ordered a full size larger and wide, because there were comments about narrow fit and I tend to have a wider foot. They fit great.

Purchased these to replace my old Kanadias. They are super comfortable and fit great, just slightly bulkier than my previous Adidas.

I bought these shoes to replace my well-loved Adidas Kanadias, and I love these just as much! The sole at the toes is just a tad slick until they get broken in, but otherwise I have no complaints. These are very supportive and comfortable shoes for jogging.

I just got these in...tried them on...and I LOVE them! They are so cushiony and there is plenty of toe room. AND...they have so much grip on the bottom...they should be perfect for my hikes on rocky terrain.

I just bought this shoe as a second pair to the original Thrasher. This version 2 is slightly more padded all around. I run on trails, not pavement, and I want true CUSHIONING!! These are terrific for that! I wear a 7.5 M in other Adidas running shoes, and the fit of these is the same. My previous favorites were the Supernova Riot series of trail shoes which were nicely padded, albeit slightly heavier. LOVE the fit of this shoe, and extremely comfortable for trail running. Great arch support and great cushioning which is a priority for uneven surface trails.

I seriously LOVE this shoe! I love the traction and how perfectly it fits. It's not the heaviest shoe ever but it's also not the lightest. For me though, I would rather have the traction since I run on trails a lot. Great shoe!

Love this shoe! I purchased the black and blue for daily walking. It looks and feels fantastic. Very sharp looking and comfortable. True to size. Ordered my husband a pair and hope he loves his as much as I do mine. Almost want to buy these in another color!

I purchased these because I own another pair of Adidas in a size 7 which have been great but are completely worn out. I am normally a size 6 with a narrow heel and high arch. The Thrashers are extremely cushy, like putting on a slipper but I didn't feel like they had the arch support of my old Supernovas. Really comfortable shoe but am looking for a tennis shoe to be a walking shoe and need more support.

I wear a size 12N and Adidas has always been the truest to size. I ordered these and at first thought they were too short, but after ordering 3 other brands in various size configurations, I have decided to keep them. The toe box is wide enough but not so wide that my foot swims, the heel is narrow enough and now that the padding has settled a bit, they are not too short. Will continue to be grateful for Adidas size 12! Will wear for trail walking in AZ and city walking in St Paul.

The insole did not lay flat on size 7.5 pair. Insole in the 7 was fine. Seemed to be a misfit for the 7.5 pair. Anyway, they ran really small. Need a size up not down like others posted.

Every year I order Adidas trail running shoes. these are a little different than others I've had - maybe stiffer? They seem less forgiving then other trail running shoes (a little longer break-in for sure), but really protective, grippy, and stable which will be great for slippery dirt and gravel trails. Overall I think they will be great and good for my feet.

Me

I've bought Adidas TR shoes for years and loved them, but it looks like they are trying to save money by cutting corners on materials - my last TR pair only had about 1/2 inch between eyelets (side to side) when laced, but this pair they cut back on the material so much that almost 1 1/2 inches of tongue are visible. This means that in order to tie the shoes tightly, the laces are pulled across more of your foot rather than just the very top which causes my feet to go numb very quickly. Poorly designed shoe, though they do look nice.

This is an interesting shoe. The sole is very squishy, almost too cushion-y to provide good support. I like the "idea" but it doesn't feel sturdy enough for running on pavement or gravel trails. As another reviewer mentioned, it feels like you are walking through mud. Overall though, it's a cute shoe, it fits well, but I wish the sole was just a little bit firmer.

I have owned three pairs of these in the past and these are not the same! I ordered a wide width just for a little more wiggle room this time and it is the exact same width as the regular width of my old pair of thrashers. They also seem to be bulkier and a bit heavier. One of the things I loved about the shoe was how light weight it was. Sadly I am sending it back. I thought I had found my shoe.

I've been wearing Adidas sneakers/running shoes for years and always wear a 7.5. These shoes are labeled 7.5, but are at least 1/2 size smaller than any other 7.5 size Adidas I have owned. Too short and too tight across mid-section of foot. If you order these, make sure to order them in a 1/2 size larger than you've normally worn in previous Adidas shoes.

Very poor design, especially if you have inserts that you need for plantar fasciitis. The design pushes the inserts forward so they cause a callous to form along with pain in a person's heel.
