If you are comfortable with the Chuck Taylor series this won't disappoint and of course has the awesome design you see in the pictures.

I am a Chuck Taylor long time fan, and these do not disappoint. They fit true to size, are a cool herringbone pattern in a soft, thicker material. And I get a ton of compliments on them because they are different. Of course, I marked that they had no arch support, which should come as no surprise to Converse wearers. I always wear inserts with these.

Most stores don't carry size 10.5. My choices are 10 or 11. Zappos has half sizes and in the winter material. Add free shipping back and forth... Sold! Thanks Zappos!

Very cute! Converse always seem about a half-size small to me, so I got an 11.5 rather than an 11. And, of course, no arch support, like all Converse Chuck Taylors.
Brands I'd also recommend: Palladium

I love anything tweed so I had to buy these shoes (and I am considering buying the lighter grey version as well). Classic Chuck quality, they fit perfectly right out of the box.
Brands I'd also recommend: puma, new balance

Was looking for a change from my normal black Chucks. These are nice and people notice the subtle difference which distinguishes your shoes from the 3 other people who are wearing the "same" shoe as you. I can't really tell if they're thicker and therefore warmer but they seem a little thicker than normal Chucks. If anything it's very subtle because they seem a little more snug than a brand new pair of standard Chucks. I wouldn't change my size as they do tend to stretch out as time goes as normal shoes do but just something I noticed. But yeah, nice shoes, I like them and have been complimented many times. No, Chucks do not have support...they were never really meant to back when they were first designed...so I'm okay with that. And as usual, size down when ordering Chucks or they'll feel long and floppy. I wear a size 7 in boys when wearing basketball shoes, a 6 in Chucks to get the exact fit.

I have worn Chuck Taylor Low Tops for over 20 years, and something about this shoe is not right. The one side of the sole feels higher than the other, which makes you feel like your knees are going to turn in and buckle when you walk. Maybe this pair is a fluke, but mine are going back. It's a shame because they are cute as can be.
