The toe are is smaller than normal. Glad I ordered the wide and 1/2 a size smaller which was perfect. These shoes are very cute and comfortable. They can be used for a casual-look or for work attire but nothing too fancy. I can't wear them for more than an 8 hour work day. My feet/ankles are not in the best shape and I have trouble with most shoes anyway. I like them overall and will keep them.

I love this shoe. Wish Zappos had it in other colors as well as the black. I took them from the box just after delivery, put them on and went shopping. No pinching. Not too tight, yet very supportive. Excellent insole cushioning. Would highly recommend this shoe to anyone. Please, Zappos, get it in other colors.

I'm a solid 9W and this shoe was way too big - I had to double check the box to make sure I had the right size in my hand. They seemed super comfortable though, I'll definitely try them again in a smaller size.

These are comfortable shoes, but not as clunky and casual as wearing athletic shoes. A good option for when you are wearing a skirt.

The shoe is gorgeous when you take it out the box, but when you put them on, the fit is skimpy - not enough room to let toes breathe. Sorry they must go back to you to make another customer happy.

LOVE these shoes! I was looking for something comfortable for everyday running around, and after a long search here I decided to try these based on their non-frumpy look. They are even better in person! I had issues with the loose heal too, so I bought a less. insert at CVS and they are fine. Very easy break in. I was able to wear them for 5+ hours on the first day. Excellent price too.

I've had these shoes for 2 months. The break-in period was quite long. I wore the shoes 1-2 times a week at first. The shoes rub my right piggy toe. It is really bad if I wear socks that are thick which gives my foot less room in the top part of the shoe.

I really like this shoe but for the second time I have read the reviews and ordered a half size down as suggested and the shoe is very snug fitting (lat time it was still too large with Crocs). So I had to return it for a bigger size. But the shoe itself is great -- would be perfect for everyday use pants or even a casual skirt.

I like the dressy yet casual look of these shoes. Unfortunately, the toe box is too narrow for my feet and I had to send them back. (I definitely think it is due to my feet and not any fault with the shoe.)

Perhaps a third try will be the charm. I've returned two pair already for being too large. They feel comfortable and I love the look, hence the repeated tries to get it right. The other reviewers are right - way wide in the heel. I'm hoping ordering a full size smaller than what I usually wear will help keep them on. If not, they're going back on the Zappos shelf.

I bought these in wide and the front is comfortable. However, the heels are too wide and they are now too loose after 1 wearing. Sorry I got these.

I normally wear size 10 normal or wide and ordered these in 10W, which were way too long. Then I tried 9½W, same thing. Then I tried the 9W and they still slipped off my feet so I gave up. They seem to be well made shoes but I never really had a chance to wear them more than a minute so my comments should be taken in that light. I also ordered a Keen Sterling City Ballerina in size 10 Medium width and it fit like a glove right out of the box!

I loved the way these shoes looked and was so looking forward to getting them. But the shoe was too tight in the toes for my feet. Otherwise there was plenty of room even a little loose in the heel. I tried to wear them around the office but they hurt so much I am sending them back.

This shoe was much too narrow in the toe box yet too wide in the heel. So ordering a wider shoe would not improve the problem. It did have a nice arch support and so if you have a wide heel yet a narrow toe this shoe could work for you.
