What a bunch of junk. Horribly made. Looked like a five year old put the heel on. I purchased the nude patent and returned the next day they were received. Terrible workmanship. The patent leather had many flaws and the heal looked like a child used a saw to form it and then glued it on. I read the previous reviews before purchasing and thought what a bargain. These shoes are not worth $10 let alone this price.

I would like to say "Thank You" to Zappos, for taking back my damaged shoes. I had no problems. The service was wonderful and helpful. I received my new pair within 2 weeks. And at no cost to me for returning them. I will continue shopping at Zappos.

I ordered these shoes in 3 different colors and all are well made, fit comfortably, and look very dressy. I enjoy the "kitten" heel because I am tall and it allows me to feel dressed up without the extra height. You will love them!

I am a 6-foot tall women who needed shoes for an upcoming wedding. What I was looking for was a pair of lower-height heels that I could wear all night without my feet hurting. I am so glad that I found this pair. I wore them all night with no problems and they were so much nicer than flats. Plus, when I ordered them they arrived very quickly. Thanks Zappos!

These shoes are great and very comfortable. Heel height is perfect. You should know that this is not a dark navy blue. It's a medium navy, a little on the bright side.

Amazing shoe! Perfect for working women. Looks great with slacks! I normally wear a 7 1/2 or 8 in heels and ordered an 8 in this shoe and it fit great. I have a very narrow foot and the width was not a problem at all. Amazing delivery time also! Zappos quality and service just can't be beat.

I ordered this in the black suede in 11 wide and it fits perfectly. It is a beautiful and comfortable shoe especially because of the kitten heel. I love it with dresses and jeans. East to walk in and just the right height heel to stay comfy all day or night.

I am sorry to say that a wide feels like a regular. The size seems true but if you normally wear a regular you may be better off ordering this shoe in a wide. If you normally wear a wide you are out of luck.

I really liked the kitten heel on these, but they felt a little tight across the vamp. (I'm hoping that since they're leather, they'll stretch a bit.) They're a nice basic black leather shoe and with the small heel, they'll look great with pants or skirts. Please Zappos, offer us some more shoes with kitten heels. We can't all handle the 5 inch stilettos!

Beautiful shoe. Very flattering. I ordered my normal shoe size, but it was too large. I would absolutely recommend this shoe, because it is so stylish and flattering, but would highly suggest getting a half or full size larger.

This was a very comfortable soft leather shoe. The pointed toe was a bit more exagerated than I prefer style wise. The point does not inhibit your toe comfort though.

I admit it, I have wide feet. Having said that, and ordered in wide, I can say that these shoes are not sized properly. I can wear an Easy Spirit 7D. These shoes were tight in my regular size (and in 7.5W) and just didn't hit my arch correctly. I am going to order one half size up and hope for the best. From a style perspective, they were dead on. Pointy-tied and kitten heeled. Workmanship not great at all but these aren't expensive shoes.
