Comfortable, lightweight shoe. The mesh is very breathable and the shoe feels well-constructed. I got it in red and lime and love the colors.

After wearing nothing but the Nike Free series for my gym training for the past few years, I sought out another pair of Frees for my next gym shoe. I'm not sure what changed, but the feel of the shoe was not what I expected, and I ultimately bought a pair of Gel Blur 33's (I have a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus 13's for my running shoe). This shoe is great. It has a less flex than the Nike Free models, but has much more cushion and support. They're lightweight, keep my feet cool, and are stylish. Highly recommended!

Very nice, comfortable. I also wear Nike Free run. These are a little firmer/more substantial, still very light. Highly recommend.

These are designed for what they are, short distance runs. They are the perfect shoe for introductory asics if you are transitioning into the brand. I run typically 6 miles and felt great compared to my Nike Free Run 3's. If you run shorter distances, than this is the shoe for you. I find they are comfortable although a little narrow

I've worn Asics for several years and these were just what I expected, well made, light, and feel great. They also look cool, I have received several compliments on them.

Love them! I usually wear the Nimbus, so spending quite a bit less on the GEL-Blur33 was nice. I'm not much of a runner anymore, so I wear these mostly in the gym and out on the soccer fields when I am coaching. In the gym, I like that they are a little flatter inside. Less wobbly when you are standing with weights, squats, etc. Kind of surprised these aren't a little lighter than my Nimbus shoes, but not a big concern for me. Very comfortable and substantial. I like the breathable outer. The outer "cage" part of the shoe is a little stiff out of the box and rubbed a bit, but loosened up. I got the red pair and like the look of them.

Great shoe just like previous versions. Recently received the and I expect them to be like running slippers once they wear in. Previous versions worked out that way for me.

I love these sneakers so much I bought 2 pairs. One to go to the gym to cross train and one just for every day use. These sneakers are great for any cross fit class/cross training.

Nice shoes. I switched to these as a minimal increase in arch support as I was having metatarsal pain in a pair of Nike Free+3s (which are a tad lighter). The fit seems good and they are wearing better than other lightweights I have owned.

Nice shoe for my training sessions on the local high school track, as well as pounding the pavement. The heel is low enough for my version of cross training, depth/box jumps, burpees, walking lunges.

a very comfortable shoe. the only surprising thing is how fast the soles are wearing, a little faster than i'm used to, but this may be common in real running shoes (I usually buy trainers). after owning a bunch of Nike, NB, and Asics shoes, for me the Asics are the most comfortable by a good margin.

Great shoes. Wonderful feel and comfort. Perfect fit. The colors (I call them "cherry lime-aid") were so cool. I was in a time of my life where I was looking for some inspiration and I found some, as said by Dorothy "There's no place like home." I saw that someone got a little crazy with the "shoe glue" though toward the rear of my Asics GEL-Blur33 2.0 right around the Achilles area. It is cosmetic of course and something only I have noticed, not anyone else. Other than that, I love 'em. Will definitely purchase again. Thanks Zappos.

I like the way these look and they feel pretty good -- except the 6.5 feels more like a 6 and they're pretty narrow in the toe box, so they're going back.

A good looking shoe. Asics run small for me. I wear a 10.5 in nearly all shoes but I had to get these in 11. Comfortable for long walks but the support isn't as much as I like for running.

I'm not an experienced runner but I've had Ascics in the past and I felt much better then that with these. Lately I've been using Brooks and they are better suited for me. These shoes are comfortable for casual, everyday wear. For running, they felt big on me even though they are not. Seems to me there's too much toe space, so they might feel right for someone with wider feet.

First pair of the more natural soled shoes. They are extremely lite weight and responsive. But, as you should expect, not much cushioning. They are a little tight in the arch too.

This is a quality trainer that is on the traditional end of the minimalist spectrum. It is light and provides a sock-like fit. A bit more open in the toes with an easy ride and a reasonable drop. My one criticism was that the shoe is apt to hold more water than is ideal which adds weight on those hot, long runs.

I am a personal trainer and use these shoes for my boot camp workouts as well as individual 1x1 training, and my personal workouts. They provide great stability, but overall comfort is average. After a while the sole of the shoes under my toes began to develop what felt like a hard ball. I am not sure if I am just wearing down the shoes that fast or what, but after a few hours it is uncomfortable. I have order a second pair, and so far they feel much more comfortable. I like the shoe because it offers the stability I'm looking for when doing a Kettle-bell workout or boot camp, but overall these shoes are a three.

Nice shoes, but not great for running. I tried these on a whim. Normally I run in Gel Kayanos or Gel Nimbus, but I wanted to see how some of the cheaper Asics felt. I ran about 2 miles in them and my feet started to get really sore, so I ended up not being able to finish my run that day (normally I run 4-6 miles a day). I think the main problem with these shoes when compared to the higher end Asics is the gel. There is either not as much or it is just not as high quality as the gel used in the Kayanos and Nimbus. Overall, these shoes are comfortable and I will probably just use them as everyday or walking shoes. I just don't think they offer enough shock absorption for someone like me (6'3, 190lbs).
