This shoe is just what I needed for my long, skinny feet. Overall, it fits very well and good toe room, snug fit, etc. The heel feels slightly loose but I don't think it will be a problem (again, due to my narrow feet).

I usually buy Reebok but these New Balance WW411 are so comfortable I bought 2 pairs. One for walking & the other for casual wear. Will buy again when these wear out.

Great shoes, having wide feet, can't find shoes in town... nice to find ones I can put on and work out in without a problem and use full foot orthodics so arch support not a matter to me.

Great shoe for work/walking. I am on my feet most of the day for a 10 hour shift and my feet are great at the end of the day. Whether you are walking on a flat or hilly surface these shoes feel stable and no ankle turning with this shoe.

I love the weight and overall feel of these shoes. They are perfect for walking. I only wear New Balance but it had been hard to get my small size at a good price. Thanks for making this purchase so easy, and keep stocking those size 5W shoes.

I am very pleased with my purchase of these shoes. They are lightweight and the fit seems true to size. There is some arch support but not quite as much as I'd like. I have added a cushioned insole, but that is a must for all my shoes. For the price, in my opinion, this is an excellent buy.

Been searching for comfortable black work shoes for some time. Tried some New Balance every day shoes and loved them but couldn't find any in black in the retail stores. While searching the Internet, I found Zappos had the biggest selection. I went for this style because it most closely resembled the shoes I already have. They have a nice open toe box and good support. I love them!

After many years of wearing New Balance shoes, I have had a hard time finding a pair that fits well this time. This pair is the best of several that I have ordered. I have a narrow foot and heel and the toe box in these is not quite as wide as so many that NBC is making today. The whole shoe and heel could still be narrower, but I am keeping these as they are leather and white which is what I wanted.

Very pleased with the shoes, which is why I always buy New Balance. I have wide feet and I find that their "wide" fits me very well. This style is no exception. Wish it was alittle more padded on the inside, but overall I'm very pleased.

I normally love New Balance shoes. For some reason these did not work for me. I felt like I had been on my feet for 24 hours after 10 hours.

Bought because it came in a Wide. However, it does not feel like a wide. It also tends to slip up in the back even when tied using the highest hole.

I personally love Zappos and never had a complaint about anything but these shoes looked like they would work I wore them around the house and they were fine but then once I wore them to work the shoes are not right for me no arch support I got wide feet they were even wider and too big not comfortable now I can't return them because I wore them to work for a week so I ordered a different pair and this time Sketchers I hope they work after reading the reviews.

I've worn New Balance walking shoes for years and have always worn the same size. I was surprised that these shoes seemed so big on my feet, and when I held the sole up against my previous pair, these were a half inch longer! Much too big; I'm returning them and think I'll try another brand this time.
