A very stylish shoe. I've been receiving compliments every time I rock the shoes. Be sure to order a size smaller for correct fitting; for example I wear 11.5 in athletic shoes, therefore I wear 10.5 in dress shoes. Just FYI.

Great shoes. I own multiple pairs of Sperry Top Sider Boat Shoes so this was venturing out of my normal. These look great, the leather is nice, and the soles are very comfortable. The were tight at first (I have wide feet) but stretched nicely over the course of a day or so. Only downfall, the laces are the standard Sperry square leather, they are thick and oddly long but do hold nicely.

I absolutely love these shoes. They are soft and very comfortable while working around the office. Not to mention, they are beautiful. I saw the other review that stated they ran large. I wear a size 10.5 and found the shoes to fit as expected. I just thought that I would provide some balance to the reviews since I love these shoes so much.

Great shoe! Took a little longer than expected to break in but has good support. I can walk around in them all day! Good for work or a night out.

Right out of the box I noticed these shoes seemed quite long. I compared them to an athletic shoe and found that they are nearly 1.5 inches longer, though the same size. When trying them on, I notice they have a very comfortable heel and support is very good. They seem a bit bigger than I'd like. I always wear the same size athletic and dress shoe, but it would be wise to order a half size small if you choose these shoes. Normally, if I go a half size down for a dress shoe the width is too narrow. I'm not sure if that would be the same case with these. I ended up choosing to send these shoes back because of one major reason, the laces. They are fitting in appearance for this shoe, but are of a basic square shaped leather type. They were quite irritating because they kept getting caught in the cuff of my dress pants. It gave the appearance that I was wearing "high waters". Not a good look. If the laces were redesigned to have a more subtle look and lower profile, I'd be all over these shoes.

Comfortable shoe right away. I have a slight narrow foot and did not any problems with the heel. The arch is a bit snug when brand new but they have come around after being worn a few times.

I have purchased other Top-Siders, but this shoe did not fit properly around the heel and the laces were rawhide and not suited to my tastes.

I'm overall very happy with this shoe, with a couple of caveats. It is exceptionally comfortable and seems made to be worn without socks, which is a big plus. A couple small negative points - 1. The shoe has a slight feeling of being bulkier somehow than other shoes of the same size, giving you a slight 'clown feet' feeling 2. The extremely soft white sole of the heel starts to crush and deform almost immediately, so I have my doubts about how well this shoe will hold up in the long term 3. The canvas around the toe will also clearly form creases where it bends once you break it in. That said, the cloth parts have a good color and texture and the shoe overall doesn't look cheap, and doesn't have some of the details I find obnoxious in other Sperry shoes (raised stitching, for example).

Shoe was a full size in length larger than ordered. Routinely wear a size 12 in casual shoes, including Sperry boat shoes. Unclear if a size 11 will fit given their is no 11.5 available.
