These are absolutely amazing shoes! They have the best fit and cushioning that I have ever experienced in walking/running shoes! My only mistake? I ordered from another company because they appeared less expensive. But by the time you add shipping and tax, the price was really no better. And I waited nine days for delivery. Never again. I am a Zapp-A-Holic with their lightening fast delivery and awesome customer service. But back to the shoes. Buy them; you will not be sorry! They provide total relief from heel pain, great arch support, deep cushioned heel and the diva pink with anthracite is really sharp!

My favorite purchase from Zappos thus far! I am a supinator and require shoes to have minimal "push" from the arch area. These shoes seem to follow my natural stride and keep me from "falling over" the outer edge with the flared design (where the word Glycerin is, there is a slightly wider pad). The weight of these shoes is pretty standard; the construction is true to the Brooks brand and is amazingly sturdy. Roomy toe box is great for meaty feet like my own, overall a great fitting shoe.

I love Brooks! It's is the third pair of Brooks Glycerin that I have bought. I've put a combined almost 3k miles on a sidewalk on the first two pairs, and expect to do the same with this pair. I highly recommend this shoe/company.

Bought these for my husband to replace his old pair from the same series. He loves them and runs in nothing else. Excellent support and stability for working out (he's a runner) with the needed arch support. While far from overweight, he's not a petite man so this shoe works very well for his frame and the pounding his body takes when he runs/works out. I doubt he will ever buy another brand of running shoe and know he'd recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, well made, and comfortable sneaker.

The shoe is true to size. The wide width that I buy is true to width as well. The wide EE shoe is very roomy up front. This is a very comfortable general cushioning shoe with the running feel of a lot of heel cushioning and moderate forefoot cushioning. The shoe does not roll on my neutral foot. The cushioned heel has a slightly high feel so the foot is not completely parallel to the ground when flat which some runners may object to.

I cannot say enough about this shoe! I log over 50 miles a week, and needed good neutral shoes for long miles. I tried them out with a short 6 miler today and they felt fantastic! They are a step up from the Ghost 5 comfort wise because the upper seems to be made of a more high quality material. Not only that, but the DRB Accel provides the perfect amount of support on the medial side without compromising the midsole. Although a little heavier than the Ghost, it more than makes up for it with a smoother ride. Do not get me wrong. The Ghosts are still awesome shoes, but the Glycerin 10s have just the right amount of cushioning and not squishy like the Ravenna 4s (which I recently returned). I plan on running 14 miles with the Glycerin 10s this weekend. Meanwhile, I will continue run my shorter runs with the Ghost 5s. Oh what happy feet I have!
Brands I'd also recommend: Brooks Only!

After seven seasons wearing the Asics Gel Kayano shoes, the Brooks Glycerin won this round! Cushier, comfier and although I'm not a huge fan of the fluorescent green stripe, overall it's still a good looking shoe, and my orthotics fit well inside.

I used the Glycerin 9's all throughout 2012 and never felt any pain or pressure after my runs. They are also the most comfortable running shoe....er shoe...that I've ever worn. The 10's follow a similar style and are just as comfortable. The toe box is definitely a bit smaller, but doesn't bother me at all when running. Love these running shoes!

Bought a pair Brooks Glycerin 10's three weeks ago from Zappos. I'm 60, male, heavyset but athletic with supination. Last two pairs of running shoes were Asics Gel-Nimbus that felt either tight or loose but never spot on. These Glycerin 10's fit like a glove - very supportive yet not tight. Time will tell but after just a few days I could feel my feet rolling some with my Asics -not yet with my Brooks - still feel no roll at all - very supportive.

Was a Nike fan for 20 years. Always bought their top of the line but my last pair fell apart in the first month. Bought these shoes in reaction to poor customer service at Nike. I've had them for two months now. Similar in price...unbelievable comfort and support. I am super happy with my choice. So long Nike, hello Brooks Glycerin!
Brands I'd also recommend: Asics as a possible cost reduction. But the Brooks are worth the extra $

Getting back into running after spending a couple years away (shin splints have a way of taking the fun out of running.) These shoes are absolutely amazing. Comfortable fit and good cushioning through the entire stride. I definitely plan on buying another pair once I run down these.

If you need a Neutral + shoe, this is the best. Tons of cushioning in the heel & forefoot. I don't pronate, but supinate a little. I've got bunions on both feet and weigh 180. I run low mileage on asphalt but even the low mileage made my feet hurt with other shoes...like the Nike Vomero (no cushion in the forefoot). Comfortable from beginning to end of my runs. Highly recommended.

Just purchased a pair of these shoes and I absolutely love them. I have been wearing Nike Vomero's for years, but got frustrated with how quickly they wear down. These seem much more durable and although slightly stiffer provide a similar level of cushioning.

Great shoe wear a 10.5 to 11 2 E, use it for running sprint work. Brooks the best running shoe, also use the Ghosts. Wish they would make more 2 e in different colors. Zappos is the best, only buy sneakers/shoes from them. Thank you for great delivery and customer service, I ordered these from Calabria Italy on a Friday night. They were at my door in Rhode Island that Monday.

I am a big guy - 6'6", & 300 lbs. I was looking to replace my Asics Gel Nimbus 12's because they wore out after 3 months. The Brooks Glycerine 10 is a much more solid shoe...more comfortable (cushy factor), and has a wider heel which keeps me more stable when jogging. I highly recommend these shoes!

The G10's are great! I have run in the 8's and the 9's, and I have about 200 miles on my 10's so far. I think the changes Brooks made from the 9's has made the shoe even better. I still put in a lot of mileage with my 9's, but the 10's are my go-to shoes for any of my runs longer than 8 miles.
Brands I'd also recommend: I only run in Brooks.

I had been a big Brooks fan for quite a while until I tried Mizuno Wave Riders last year. I wanted to get a new pair of Wave Riders but the only one that came in my size was a horribly ugly yellow and blue number that I simply would never wear, so I decided to go back to Brooks and give them another shot. The Brooks Glycerin aren't quite as comfortable as the Wave Riders, but they are a solid shoe. My main problem with Brooks is that a D is not quite wide enough, but a EE is way to wide (I tried both through Zappos, since their return service is wonderful), whereas a Mizuno EE is perfect. I'm 6'4 and about 230lbs and a proper shoe width makes a world of difference in long term comfort. The Brooks Glycerin 10 have held up pretty well so far with my running, biking, and weight lifting and feel very stable. If the width fit my foot properly I would give these a 5/5.

I previously ran on Ghost5 and determined that I needed more cushioning on longer runs and decided to upgrade to the Glycerin. I was fairly satisfied with the fit but a bit disappointed with the Toe Box width compared to my Saucony Powergrid Triumph 9. The cushioning was superb in comparison to the Ghost 5 and the Triumph 9. However, more cushion means a bit more weight and I notice this after the 11th or 12th mile. Also need to mention that the Glycerin has very good lateral stability. Overall I felt like I got what I expected out of this shoe

The Brooks Glycerin are a very good shoe and I have found them fairly comfortable even on rocky trails. If there is anything that I would improve with them it is their fit with orthodics. They could have a little more depth in the midfoot so that the top or dorsal foot is less cramped. I have to skip lacing holes and tie the shoes loosely so that my run is comfortable.

For years I have been a loyal Asics Nimbus series runner. At the recommendation of friends I tried the Brooks product - big mistake. The shoes had insufficient padding in the heel box area and the toe box had a strange angle that made wearing these for a run painful. Compared to the Nimbus I felt like the soles were hard and uncomfortable. I made the mistake of trying these shoes but will not be going back to this brand again.
