I thought I was going to like the gel pad in the heel; not so much. The shoe was otherwise comfortable.

Cute but uncomfortable shoes. When I first tried them on, they felt comfortable and were so cute I packed them for a 2-day business trip. I had blisters on my left foot after the first 3 hours of wearing these. It's not an option to wear any sort of footie/toe covering because too much of the foot is exposed. It's unfortunate, because design is simple and classic and a height that works for me. I came home from my trip and put them in the give-away box -- I hope they work for someone else.

Shoes fits true to size. I wear a narrow which is hard to find. Very comfy. The toe was a little more rounded that I would have liked, but it's hard to find navy shoes. Would buy again.

These shoes are very comfortable and classic. This was my first purchase from Fitzwell and I am very pleased with the fit and the quality. I have a wide foot so I was excited to see this shoe in a wide.

Was looking for a dressy patent shoe with a lower heel. This turned out to be very comfortable and nice looking too. Gently rounded toe and nice cushy footbed. Classic.

Really love these shoes! They are very comfortable and I have a hard foot to fit, plus had recent foot surgery, so most shoes I can't wear. They are perfect for work and look just like they are pictured!

This is one of the most sexiest shoes I've ordered. Comfortable, perfect fit for my feet. Finally a heel that isn't a spike heel. 2-1/4 works for me. Thanks Zappos for thinking of us ladies that aren't into the spike heel!

The shoe was comfortable. I wore it to a wedding and had no problem with them hurting my feet during the reception. I ordered the shoe in a narrower width then I normally wear and I was glad I did.

This shoe is comfortable, however, the width seems a little snugger than it ought to be. The heel is just right. I love this shoe.

I bought both the black and pudding colors. These are nondescript shoes, which I like, and I can use them with skirts, pants, and jeans. I have two issues with the quality, though: the pudding color got black scuff marks really easily and I am trying to remove them, and the black ones got a rip in the leather near the toes after normal use. I tend to take good care of my shoes and even still these seem to be extremely delicate and already marred way too soon after getting them. Disappointed.

My views are about the same as Angie O. I wear a 9W and the shoes are too wide on the sides. Pulling the strap tighter didn't make the fit any better. The shoes don't feel as if they are made of leather. There was no give. My big toe feels a little cramped in the shoe. I too have worn the shoes and can't return them. At the end of the day I was left with burning feet and couldn't wait to kick them off in the car.

I wanted a shoe that would be appropriate for both work and social occasions. Unfortunately, it's not appropriate for either. One type of cleavage may be okay in moderation for social occasions, but "toe cleavage" is never classy. Sending this back.
