I like my smaller Sydney bag, but can't fit my Kindle, sun glasses and wallet without it being overstuffed, so I thought the large Sydney might be the answer--but it was not. It sags and does not hold it's nice square shape the way the smaller Sydney does. And things get lost in the folds of the fabric. I transferred my stuff and it looked and functioned like a bucket bag but worse. Extra pockets didn't help. Just more fabric to struggle with. (Maybe it needs to be attached to the bag better?)

Brands I'd also recommend: I love my Dakine bags large and small. And a Haiku I bought years ago lasted a long time.

Baggallini bags have consistently stood up to the standards they claim plus MY standards! I use 3 different styles for different uses and admit being very "tough" on usage and handling.

Living in NYC I need a functional bag where I can easily access my phone, my Metrocard, and other items without the safety concerns of opening and digging through a large bag. That said this bag is a dream come true. The outside pockets are so useful and I've carried a pair of flats in the main part of the bag. It's terrific for traveling too.

I love this bag! I was looking for a bag that I could easily fit my iPad (full size) in. The iPad actually fits in the front zipper pocket, which makes it really easy to get it into the purse. Also, the front pockets are each about 6.5" tall, so they will easily fit most smart phones. The look is nice too. It looks nicer than my old Timbuk2 bag I was using as a purse for the last couple years.

I love this bag. Baggaillini has such good quality. It just feels like it will last for years. Easy to get stuff (keys, subway card, phone) in and out of the outer pockets. And its comfortable with a cloth (nylon) strap. Easy to adjust the strap if you want to put it across your chest and then back. Strap is not too long for the average size woman. A little more expensive than most totes, but totally worth it. You get what you pay for.

This is a very large bag. It has great compartments and the strap makes it very easy to use as a cross body. If you are looking for something large, this is great. If you want something more regular size, the regular Sydney bag would be a better choice.

Bought this based on all of the great reviews, and was not disappointed! Lightweight, love the pockets. Tomato color is an attractive true red, slightly more muted than product photo.

Bought this for a trip and find myself using it every day. The adjustable strap makes this an easy to use crossbody bag with well designed pockets. The front pouch with a twist buckle is perfect for my cell phone and allows for quick access when receiving a call. Great, functional, and stylish.

Great bag. Has lots of compartments. I took it on a trip abroad and it was perfect for stowing passport, boarding pass, etc. Nice quality fabric. As others say, the zippers do stick a bit but they aren't too bad.

I love my Baggallini Bagg. It is exactly what I thought it would be. One negative is that one of the zippers is a little hard to open and close. I'm hoping after I've used it a little that will slide easier. The other negative is the strap is kind of rough and rubs on my neck.

Just got this bag today. I will be using it for a Europe trip this summer. I am very picky about bags. This one seems the perfect size, good organization, etc. iPad fits perfectly in front zipper pocket. I think it will be a great traveler. The zippers are stiff. I have put soap on them and an hoping for the best. I really like the purse. Some of the hardware is clunky but I like the overall style. Great size; great value.

Love this purse! It is almost the perfect purse! I want to comment on the zippers that everyone is talking about. I just got mine today and was aware of the zipper issue from the reviews. I have heard that if you take a lead pencil and rub it along the closed zipper a few times, zippers work great. I tried it and it works smooth as silk now! No issues. So many large pockets - I have to remember how I organized the thing. Very well made, super sturdy. I got the black as it can be dressed up a bit more. However, know that this is a more casual bag because the fabric is a nice, thick, flat black nylon like - as opposed to a shinier finish that would be more dressy. Works fine for me though as I tend to be more casual most of the time anyway.

I bought this lightweight bag for a trip to England. It worked great! There are lots of compartments to hold everything and everything zips closed. I even carried my Kindle in one of the big pockets. Now I'm home it still makes a good lightweight bag to carry every day.

Great color and perfect size for work or travel. iPad fit well in its case along with everyday essentials. Too big for casual everyday use, but looking forward to using it on my next trip.

The Baggalllini Sydney is a good product and serves the purpose that I purchased it for: to carry lunch, iPad, iPhone, and water. It's not too large and the adjustable strap is great to carry over the shoulder or cross-body. I did, however put WD40 on the zippers as they do not glide as well as I would have liked. Overall its a great work bag.

Shipping and service from Zappos was very fast and very efficient. (A+) No complaints. I've had this bag about 3 weeks, and it's great so far. It doesn't have too many pockets. Just enough. This X big size (Big Sydney Bagg) is just what I needed. Love the pewter color with the silver hardware. And love the durability of the stain resistant nylon exterior. It's very light. Genius. I may order another one in another color for variety. And I may buy one as a gift for my sister.

Brands I'd also recommend: none in particular

This purse met everyone of my strict criteria for a travel purse. It was cleary designed by someone who understands form and function. This is a sytlish sassy bag, yet every thought has been given to pocket placement, pocket size and ease of use. I can access every important thing with one hand and all the while looking stylish and chic. 5 stars.

Perfect size for travel or a girl on the go. Plenty of room for organized storage. Comfortable, adjustable strap. One downside - the zippers on the smaller pockets are sometimes difficult to close.

Love all of my old Baggallini bags, but the new metal zippers are difficult to use. Wish they would go back to the plastic type zippers that worked smoothly.

Let me start off by saying that I love Baggallini. For the past ten years they have been my main handbag. I really like the look of the Sydney bag with its chunky details. However, I had to return the first one because the top zipper on the two-zipper pocket broke. They sent me an entirely new bag - again, much love for that. (I had to prove that the bag was less than a year old by providing a receipt, and send $5 to cover postage, but hey - brand new bag.) Two days ago, one of the tiny screws holding the circle together on the other pocket on the replacement bag fell out. I had no idea there were tiny screws in there (take a look on the inside of the flap). I went into Home Depot to see if there was a small enough screw to jerryrig it, but alas, there was not. I'm probably within the year time frame, but two strikes for the design of this particular is all I feel like dealing with.

I absolutely love this bag. It is such a welcomed detour from my previous cramped bag. It has so many places to stash my goods and talk about stylish. The adjustable strap is fabulous too as you can carry the bag across your body, on your shoulder or a mixture of the two. Looking for the perfect work and weekend bag with my children, I ordered and returned three bags before this one caught my eye. I can toss everything from my iPad to diapers in and still have space for more.

Wow. What a bag! So much to like. I got this for traveling and I must say, there's almost too much! Big bag will be great for taking everything you need. Small bag with shoulder strap will be great for restaurants/bars when you don't need everything. Smallest wallet-size will hold my nano and earphones. The compartments will make it easier to take along cosmetics, even in the smaller bag. Outside pockets make easy access for boarding passes and ID; zippered pocket for phone and camera. Kindle will fit very easily in the smaller bag, along with my wireless headphones. It sounds funny, but I'm always needing a Kleenex and the outside pocket will be handy. I am really pleased with the bag.

Love this bag. The pockets are easy to access, so it's less work to stay organized. Like that the linings are lighter colors - makes it easier to find items. Agree that the zippers are not smooth; but they function adequately. I have had a wallet from Baggallini - it is over two years old. I've washed it and it still looks great.

I like this bag. I downsized from quite a bigger everyday crossbody bag and the majority still fits into this smaller bag. My gripe is that when you're out and about, the 3 large zipper pulls clang against other metal bits on the bag. I like to be incognito and that's not going to happen with this bag since you're clanging everywhere you go. Other than that, I like it!

Love this purse! I agree with other reviewers who said only down side was zippers aren't super smooth, but they also are not a problem. Saw a smaller version of same purse in a store, but not roomy enough for me. So glad to find this size--big enough, but not massive. Best thing is the pockets on the outside-a dream for the hyper-organized.
